This little brunch venue in The Dalles just took the number one best breakfast stop! Highly recommend, everything is freshly made... ohh you just have to go there and try for yourself.

Very friendly service. Disappointed there were no savory pastries. Ordered the “salmon hash” because daughter home from college missed smoked salmon. The plate was 90% potatoes and they weren’t very well cooked, hardly browned at all, and virtually no leeks to be found. The salmon was tasty, but potatoes were bland. Luckily, shared the portion between 2 of us because it was way too huge. The croissant that came with the plate was apparently microwaved before being served as is was gummy and rubbery, not flaky. 1 plate + coffee = $24. Meh.

Food was bland, paid $18.50 for a corned beef hash and got not even half a handful of beef. Only thing decent was the croissant and it didn't taste

Had not been back to Petite Provence since the start of Covid. Had always been a five star lunch place. Today we both had mediocre meals. Not much flavor. My corned beef hash had about 1 ounce of finely shredded beef and no flavor. My wife’s special of the day veggie croissant sandwich also had no flavor. Did the kitchen swear off salt? I overheard the table next to us wondering the same thing.
