Just went to the Dalles taco bell and I have to say that the new kiosk ordering system is garbage. Apparently this is the only way that you can order in person.. however tried to order a chicken quesadilla on the kiosk and it only gave me cheese option... so we decided to order with love person. However after standing at the counter for 5 or so minutes and being ignored somebody finally asked if we needed something and we said yes to order... they directed us to the kiosk so I told them it doesn't seem to have all the options and we were argued with and spoken down to like we were in their way and annoying them. The manager has no business running anything thst is customer facing, she was rude and short and her personality lacks any type of friendliness. If this was my restraunt I would fire her and her entire crew that was there tonight for a dismall performance. Customer service shouldn't die with the use of technology. Look up once.in a while and serve the people that keep your.business going.

The food is good, just don't like that they now only take orders from kiosk, the kiosk is fine for an order for one person. I was ordering for 5 and it took more time than expected. I know things ar e trending this way but really creates a poor Level of customer service. If I'm ordering for my family this will not beh first choice

I ordered food in the app and went to the window to let them know and they could not find my order and asked what was in it and I said my order and they were very rude about it saying ok whatever it's at the second window like that is disrespectful to a customer for one and for two just very slow as well.

Ordered through the taco bell app and they only gave me half my order - went back around in the drive through (the dining room was closed) to get the rest of my order and they yelled at me saying they didn't have my order even though they just gave me half of it?? I held up my phone to show them the order and the man read the order and still somehow messed it up and started yelling at me because i asked for my order which i already paid for, i didn't even ask for a refund i just wanted the food that i paid for, i have kids with food allergies so i order things for a certain reason ?A lady in a vehicle behind me was upset about the time it was taking and walked up to the window and the "manager" threatened to call the police and said he would be refusing to fill orders and also claimed that he didn't have to wear a name tag or give the customer anyone's name and was extremely disrespectful to her. I honestly have never dealt with such a horrible experience with fast food in my life.A quick google search shows the rules on name tags so the "manager" not only lied to the customer that was upset but also was beyond disrespectful saying he was going to not fill anyone's order even tho they already paid for it.I get new trainees and all that but if a customer orders something a certain way and pays the extra fee for it to be made that way it would be nice if the employees make the order correctly - i get mistakes happen but yelling at someone when they let you know their order is wrong is not ok. Management shouldn't be spreading lies and threatening customers - definitely hope something is done about this because i have been eating at taco bell pretty much my whole life and it's sad that this restaurant is giving them such a bad reputation - especially considering they are they only taco bell in the area otherwise i would just go to a different restaurant
