I used to like burger king they should change the name to just burger and a very disappointing burger at that.Burger King, a prominent player in the fast-food industry, has garnered a mixed reputation over the years. I definitely understand and agree with a terrible reviews. Decided to stop on my way home from work, the soda was warm and clearly needed to be changed out as well as no ice. Received the wrong chicken wrap. Which also had a sad piece of chicken in it. If the size of chicken isn't decent don't even bother.... And the fries were disgusting. The oil hasn't been changed for quite some time and you can tell.

Almost always 4 out of 5 times gives me a regular whopper when I order an impossible whopper. This location is notorious for doing this and refuses to swap it even though they made the mistake if it is an online order. They said it must be resolved online.

So me and my gf went here the other day and they charged our card twice. We called and was basically told all we would get was a 15 dallor voucher for an extra 35 dollars. We have the statements on our account saying we were charged within the same min of each other. So they literally stole money from us.

Burger King needs to address a serious issue regarding their restroom cleanliness and safety. During my recent visit, a male employee emerged from the women's bathroom, blaming his music, and used the restroom without flushing. He also sprayed cleaner all over the surfaces, including the tile floor, but did not wipe it up. As a result, I slipped and narrowly avoided hitting my head on the sink, injuring my ankle and shoulder in the process. When I informed a staff member, he merely smiled and said nothing. While still listening to his music as loud as possible in his phone. It is concerning that no warning signs were in place to alert customers. Burger King must take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure the safety and cleanliness of their restrooms.

Workers are pieces of you know what making excuses for things that are down or out of stock of things. How interesting that multiple locations in the area happen to experience the same mechanical issues of your kitchen? What coincidence.

Two days in a row I've ordered a Whopper with a Sprite. Since the foreign woman taking the order is unable to differentiate between Sprite and fries; for the second time in a row she has thought I've ordered fries instead of a drink. The second time I even specified when ordering that Sprite meant the drink. So I went to the window to pay, and had to tell her I didn't ordered fries...just the drink. Then, she hands over the drink and sends me on my way...without giving me a refund for the more expensive fries...and properly running the charge again with the less costly drink. I had to get back in the line to force the woman to do her job. It isn't the money. It is mere change. It is the gall this woman has to skip the refund and happily send me on my way with a drink, no refund...not even an apology. Who's training and supervising her? She's all on her own making the wrong decisions when dealing with customers...and not doing her job.

Dine in review sept 20th 2023 wed 2:05pm for $12.99 used 2 wopper meal coupon . Avoid at all costs the reviews are correct! Workers go out of there way to treat you poorly! Was told only 1 sauce packet but gave other customers more for free. Didn’t fill our cups until we requested ( machine was down) but gave other customers drinks in front of us with no explanation or shown we could be given some. It was as if they were treating me less than human. They treat other customers better in front of you and get mad if you ask for the same treatment. Will never give burger king my business again. Should of went to mikes drive in. Food was warm so they must figure if they get the food right they can treat you less than

IF I COULD GET THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD IT SAYS ON THE DOOR THEY OPEN AT 6:00 A.M. IT SAYS ONLINE THEY'RE OPEN IT'S ALMOST 7:00 A.M. AND THEY'RE STILL CLOSED AND WHEN I TRIED CALLING MY CALLS WERE IGNORED AND THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER ME TRYING TO GET ANSWERS THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW.
