Always went here and loved it….the last several times we’ve been here food is awful nothing like it used to be. The crispy chicken wrap is soggy cold and the chicken is so small can’t hardly find it. The tomato and lettuce are soggy and barely there. Ordered it 3times all have been awful so disappointing. The other night ordered western bacon cheeseburger. Same thing so unappetizing and small Used to be meaty and delicious. Awful and the onion rings are awful now too. After living in Beaverton for over 25 years we will never go to this Burger King again. So disappointed and angry

My son and I went in the lady said just one minute and I'll be right there , after standing there 10 plus minutes no one to be seen. So we leave So after no one comes to the front counter . They were literally standing in the back watching us . We went through the drive through nothing not a word ...So we go to the window and the lady just stands there at the fry station .She turned her back to us and then walked out of sight . This place is ran horribly.

If you are looking for a good place to eat, this is not it. They like to re-dip their nuggets, fries, and other fried products. The burger wasn’t just cold, but chilly. It takes a lot for my 7yo not to like chicken nuggets, but this place succeeded. The nuggets were so dark brown that it was obvious they had been put back in the firer at least once, but more likely twice. Dry and hard.Mozzarella sticks had the consistency of bread. Overall a horrible experience from a staff that obviously likes to take shortcuts.I have left numerous reviews on Google, but rarely leave a bad one. This Burger King is worthy of a horrible review.This is the 3rd or 4th time I have gone to this location. Each time progressively worse than the previous visit.

All right, first and foremost the cashier was friendly, prompt, gave me correct change, but failed to give me a receipt. The menu item I ordered was the number four and it was supposed to be loaded with bacon. Well, the onion rings that I substituted for the fries were cold- and I'm not talking warm not hot, I mean cold and it's only in the upper 40s outside right now folks. Second, hit, half of those onion rings were spilled all over the bag like they just went through the Baja 500 just prior to delivery. The worst part: I paid $12 for this combo that's supposed to be loaded with bacon and there's one pathetic little piece in the middle about an inch and a half long. I don't know about you but I'm an American & that ain't enough bacon for me, and that ain't enough bacon for a 12-dollar meal either. But the Coca-Cola was good, however I don't recommend going to this place if they can't even keep their onion rings warm at 2:00 in the afternoon or give you the amount of bacon you paid for. Godspeed if you go there anyway.

Service is fairly bad here as they can take a while to get back to you on drive through even when the line ahead isn't that long, and the employees aren't very communicative. However, it's fine and honestly expected from a Burger King. As long as I get my food as ordered, I'm happy about it. I haven't had any problems here yet, they prepare the food fine and don't burn anything. Haven't had anything forgotten either.

Nice crew but changes to burgers will be forgotten about. But if it's a simple order then it will be fine.Dietary restrictions: My fiance is allergic to mayo and let's just say after getting a burger wrong and them refusing to fix it even with his allergies when we do stop here before he goes to work he sticks to the nuggets now. Can't trust any modifications made. Even if it's pickles or mayo.

Stopped in for a burger, onion rings and coke and the best customer service experience. I was trying to use the BK app and was having a lot of difficulty, the page wouldn't load but the young lady working the drive thru was understanding and friendly. She was able to remedy the issue and got me on my way!Thank You.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat single story business on ground level.

DOWNLOAD THE APP!! Every Wednesday they have Whoppers for $3. I added cheese ($.50), also added a side of small fries (upgraded on app to loyalty medium size) and a value drink. All said and done, Whopper w/cheese meal for $7.58! Staff is always attentive, happy and eager to help.
