There are very commonly friends/off work coworkers of the workers at this location that just kinda hang out and interfere with basic customer needs like ordering food.Off work co workers or friends should only be there if ordering food, not just hanging out distracting the workers from doing what they're supposed to be doing.

Food was terrible. Bun was dry, burger tasted old. Chicken nuggets were overcooked or held too long. Hard and dry. Fries were cold. Chocolate shake was good. Parking lot was dirty. We were very disappointed. This was the 2nd chance we gave this location because last time 2 months ago was just as bad.

I ordered a whopper. It came with no onions, I didn't ask for no onions. The tomato only one was the size of a 50 cent piece. I paid for the meal almost $12 bucks, for a bun and burger. Won't do that at this place again.They should be ashamed of this BK restaurant! I know I am for just stopping here when I had other places within walking distance.

Burgers were excellent and the service was as well.
Went inside to place my order for my family. Food comes back pretty quickly, ya know, fast food. But the fries are cold. Not warm, because it's sitting next to my burgers, but just cold. Ask for them to make fresh fries and they respond with, "it will be awhile before the oil heats up". So how long have the fries you just gave me and the customer at the window been sitting out for that the fry oil got cold?At least they refunded me without fuss. Only reason you got two stars instead of one.

The food here is horrible so I give it one star. The service is ok because the bathroom isn’t locked and it’s a free toilet to use when close by. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because how do you have a 100 foot flag pole and not have an American flag flying on it?

The phone number listed for this location Is either out of service or incorrect. Twice now in the last month I have ordered food ahead of time and it was made incorrectly and items were forgotten. I can't call to complain or try to fix it because of the number is listed incorrectly. After trying to call corporate about the issue, they said and I quote "That location is a franchise store and you will need to contact them about the problem, we are not responsible for how they run their stores". So now I'm under the impression now that corporate also doesn't care about their customers either. After paying for food that I never got and for food that was not what I ordered multiple time, and also not be able to contact the store that screwed up and for a corporate person to tell me that they don't care is it for me. No more.
