This Chipotle restaurant is the closest to our house, and we've been there about six times since it opened. Unfortunately, the service we've received on every occasion has been subpar. I have a word for the manager: please hire more help. At most, only two people are working behind the counter, and one of them always has to stop and act as the cashier too. On March 17th, around 5:00 PM, when we were there, there were around 30 people in line. However, the tables had not been wiped down, and neither had the food preparation area. There was one woman who was working that night, and she deserves a raise. She moved at a quicker pace and seemed to care when no other workers did. The Chipotle on Hall Blvd is much better staffed and cleaner, so I know this location can improve.

I appreciate the food service people that are making my salad and burritos and making other peoples food but I don't appreciate the girl at the cash register who was obviously upset about something and taking it out on my food items and throwing the extras in the bag like she was so annoyed That I asked for a bag because I said, I don't want to eat inside. If the customer says please do not throw my food like that in the bag then you're just supposed to say oops I'm sorry end of story but to continue with the customer and say it's just foil. "Oh brother it's not a big deal " then it starts to become a big deal, I would have gladly gave five stars for everybody else's superior work, but I think a customer is always right and don't treat peoples purchases like crap. I'm sure if I threw her Sephora make up purchases she would have something to say.

it was insane, an unreal experience. the workers were fast and efficient. i will be coming back.Dietary restrictions: they had a perfect list with all the ingredients, calories and such on a paper any customer can ask for.

Whoever works at this chipotle deserves a raise, I come here all the time and very single time it's sooo good. The workers put their chipolussy into the bowls. I love everyone here thank you

I typically order chicken bowls from here, today the young lady that made my bowls was super skimpy with portions. She didn’t mark my double chicken bowl and when I asked her she weighted both bowls with her hands and marked the wrong one, the double chicken portion was a single chicken portion and the single portion was sad looking. I still payed the extra money for extra chicken. Not ok. You can’t even see rice on this from how small the portion is!

Staff were not professional, we were not greeted and stood there forever with no line, and the food was terrible and dry. I asked for carnitas and had to show the kid which meat it was. Over half the chips in my bag were completely crushed. The cheese had a thick lukewarm warm consistency. Staff were high and eating food over other prepared food. Do not recommend.
Nice enough restaurant, but a cold, rainy night, and it was kind of cold inside to the point where it wasn’t comfortable, at least to me.

My burrito was all fat and somehow cheese got bypassed!!! The employee who made it messed up the customers order ahead of me and had to remake stuff but then the employee messed mine up too. Bummer ?

Placed a pick up order. Wasn’t ready no biggie. Made my stomach hurt and gave my family food poisoning. Had to throw it away.Employees were too busy chatting to make customers food. That was very clear.
