Food is great, but NOBODY knows how to include your iPhone app when ringing up a sale.I make it a point to visit Cinnabon every time I visit Washington Square. Not any more. Also deleting the app.

3 of my last 4 orders have been wrong, the presentation has been poor and the quality is lacking. I'm in my 50's, I've been going to cinnabon since my teens and over time the quality has gotten worse. I really hope they get back to the high quality good food and service. I might just put cinnabon on my 86 list.

You guys need to train your staff how to actually bake a cinnamon roll. Most of the time when I go here my cinnamon roll is raw. I roll the dice and come back hoping I'll get one that's actually baked but this last time I went I opened up my box to the saddest looking cinnamon roll I've ever seen. It was about half the size it should have been because about 90% of it was raw. I didn't even attempt to eat it. Threw it straight in the trash. What a waste of money. Guess I won't be going here anymore. A shame too cause I love a cinnamon roll....that's fully baked.

It's not the same as before, they've scrimped on the cinnamon. There use to be lots of the gooey cinnamon stuff in the middle now there is hardly any. they just use the sweet frosting for the flavoring and hardly any cinnamon. I won't be buying them again until they return to their old recipe.

This is solely based around the app, not this location explicitly. That may change based around the pending quality of the food.Line level employee I spoke with was friendly. Management level employee I spoke with wasn't particularly helpful regarding my issue but to be completely fair, was out of her wheelhouse.---Cinnabon App -Ensure there are absolutely 0 typos when you finally confirm your order credentials. Payment tender is IMMEDIATELY processed and may cause double billing issues/confusion with your bank. Having to go back and edit, and resubmit tender again ultimately may lead to a double-charge issue with your financial institution.If anyone at the corporate level reads these reviews, this feedback needs to be immediately given to the individuals in charge of developing said app.EDIT---Bumped this up to 4. Food arrived in a timely fashion and the quality is what you would expect. Was worth the headache I experienced in regards to the app. With that said, however;I would avoid using the app until some of the more annoying bugs like the aforementioned get worked out. Also take note of the price gouging - items ordered through the app are more expensive then in person at a location directly. This is a duplicitous trend in all food apps, 1st party or otherwise.

Went there to get a roll and encountered the store manager Mr. Gene Takovic. We had a brief exchange. He came across as a witty and nice guy. Cool glasses too. Seemed like I could trust him. I wondered how he ended up there. Anyways, a few days later, I was watching some funny cat videos online and randomly searched for "conman Albuquerque". There was a sleazy lawyer that showed up in my search which had an uncanny resemblance to Gene. Next time I'm back in the mall, I'll stop by and ask him about it.

I purchased two packages of cinnamon rolls, they were delicious. Where my problem lies is the staff! Major issue in the fact that the employee who checked me out after I had paid using my debit card that required the use of my personal PIN number. They proceeded to request that I give them my debit card as well as my ID they wanted two forms of identification to purchase cinnamon rolls!!!!!!!!! NOT OK!!!!!!!!!!! I denied the request and the manager threatened to cancel the purchase.
