Really disappointed the last few times we have gone to the Wilsonville and Bridgeport location. I have always loved their food, but quality has just been really slipping.Today we decided to try again, and ordered the beef and pork burritos. Unfortunately, the rice wasn't cooked. It was just hard and inedible. Staff didn't seem to care when we brought it up to them. Which is also unfortunate. Can we go back to the 2015 Koi Fusion, please!

I'm not sure if this location is open. Been trying to get lunch off and on for the past 2 months. I can see someone in there and they even opened the window to say they're not open, at noon on a Thursday. I asked if it was all day and he just closed the window and went back to stirring something. It's not being used to fulfill online/app orders so I'm guessing they're running a front out of here for some other type of operation.

I love love love this place (so much so that it was the first place I went after getting back to Portland after 4 months away) but despite being peak lunch time (and their hours said open), the owner wasn't there so the employees just closed the place. Once the owner finally returned (which despite me clearly waiting outside, they made no effort to let me know so I sat in the cold for an additional 5-10 minutes), they were out of literally every important ingredient (but once again, I didn't know when I first tried to order so me waiting was a complete waste of time). Tbh this no longer makes my top 10 favorite foods simply because of the unprofessionalism and lack of preparation, not sure if it will ever make the list again

Got a Burrito here today and the service was non-existence. The guy open the window didn't say word. I order and paid. Go to the other window to pick up and the other guy just put my burrito outside without saying a word. I guess they're just speechless. lol. The burrito is subpar. Meat is pushed to one side the added kimchee was all pushed on one end. These guys seems high out of their mind.

I love their food, but their service was not good. I waited for 15 minutes out front with the sign that said open and a guy who just ignored me. It was the middle of the day, not even close to closing. I guess they have no desire to serve their food to people.

The food is fine, however I wouldn’t recommend the tofu here. My biggest issue is that a lot of the teammates don’t wear masks consistently when they’re making/preparing the food.

I love their food, but apparently can't get any at this location. They are clearly open, with open sign on and not even close to their closing time, but the guy in there just let me stand outside the window for 15 minutes. Wanted to order food, but they don't want to serve it?

It's 640 and the guy opened the window said we're closed... no youre actually not per your business hours.. but I'm glad I drove all the way out here for some employee to make up his own closing time
great food, love eating here. I've had it 1st time from the food truck at one of the events and was perfect.

Such a shame, used to be a loyal long term customer- Covid must have lead to staff shortages because food and service have gone down significantly.

Always super great food. One of my go to places. Excellent ingredients and flavor profiles. Nice quick easy pick up food when your on the run!

1. The large menu board doesn't show the current price of food items. You need to look at the piece of paper with small font at the ordering window. It's a misleading and shady practice.2. The rice bowl - its sauce is not a good match for the pico de gallo nor the pickle liquid that the veggies were marinated in. These flavors just don't go well together.. The rice didn't taste like it had been seasoned, another disappointment cuz the menu said they used seasoned rice.
