My dad took me to lunch after shopping. This was an awesome lunch! Cafe style ...I got a beautiful salad and added chicken to it. The chicken was clean and moist. My dad got a burger with a salad instead of chips and loved it. Great service too. I recommended trying it.

They don’t stand up for their employees at all, they let kids come in without parents and call you like a dog.( here doggie I’m a busser doing what I was hired for and not dealing with the customers for 20 years) Then complain and and get free everything. I’m looking for new employment now before another douchbag comes in.

Nordstrom cafe is so good and just a little place that u would not know is even there but really simple food but so yummy the place is clean the staff is vary nice and helpful it is a little on the spindy side but totally worth it and it is sit down and now u can pick up to go orders I had a double cheeseburger with homemade potato chips so wonderful and the desserts are very yummy

Bring back the old salads!!! I did not like the Salmon Niçoise salad at all. I like the Apple chicken salad and the summer berry salad. Neither of which are on the menu anymore. Really disappointed. I'm still writing four stars since the service was excellent and the cafe itself was clean.

I saw online menu for this cafe and the Chicken Lemon Pesto Gnocchi caught my attention. I finally made it to the store and ordered this and let me tell you... it's underwhelming! There is no lemon flavor whatsoever, and the dish sits on a bed of oil (from the pesto). I'm disappointed. The service is always good and attentive.

Went to this cafe hoping for a yummy pizza but instead got a limp, floppy Margherita pizza with no tomato sauce, burnt basil, and plastic-y cheese. Also, very busy and took a while to turn over tables. Have had decent experiences here in the past, but majorly disappointed and will not be coming back for a while.

I always order the apple goat cheese salad. I avoid the lunch rush and never go to the mall on weekends. Service is always top notch like everything else about Nordstrom and I love them for it!

Like their apple goat cheese salad but the French dip was way overpriced at $15.75. It came with a very small side salad that was lettuce, 2 small pieces of tomato and 2 little croutons. Service was good.
