Service is always excellent the atmosphere is always great people are good unfortunately their ovens are set a certain way this is the second time I've gotten a pizza where the bottom was burnt. I love mod are we go to the Sherwood modall the time their pizzas are good I go to another mod in lake aswego their pizza is good no burn bottoms but every time I go to this one I seem to get a burn bottom Pizza it's actually the closest to me I live

Not only was the food great, but the customer service is phenomenal. It's my kiddo's bday, and we got pizza. The fire alarm went off, so everyone was ushered outside for about ten minutes. When we came back in, one of the Pizza Angels came by with a free pizza voucher and apologized for us having to go outside in the cold. We weren't even bothered, but it was so generous and kind. We really appreciated it and I wanted to tell your team thank you.

I took my cousin from Canada and my Dad here for lunch. We had a great prep person who really made our food exactly how we wanted it. And it was delicious! My cousin is gluten free and said the pizza alone was reason enough to visit Portland!

Be sure to have very few plans outside of the home after eating here, you'll want to be very close to the comforts of your porcelain throne soon afterwards and for the following 24 hours or so. Yikes. Similar to other customers, we waited several minutes to order, as the online orders took priority over waiting guests. The place is decent looking although it needs a thorough cleaning. The dust balls behind the beverage station were ginormous. And OMG, the restroom, it makes roadside rest area bathrooms seem pristine comparably. Disgusting. Door handle broken on the interior too. Go here if you're in search of an immediate colon evacuation, or if you're suffering from constipation, or if dicey pizza places are your thing.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, and it takes a lot for me to actually get to the point that I do. We order here almost once per week online. 9 times out of 10, the pizza hasn't even been started by the pick up time. And 9 times out of 10, the pieces are completely black and burnt on the bottom. I just don't understand. I'm cool with the occasional bad experience or bad night- I totally get it....but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Went at about 330 pm on a FridayIt was very quite, clean and well staffed.The pizza was cooked perfectly.The prices were reasonable for freshly cooked pizza and they had a lot of topping options!We enjoyed our time and will return for lunch soon.

Yikes. Need to train these people. Massive issues with understanding where to put resources based on what is happening in the store. Huge line going outside and one person on pizza making AND register. Meanwhile one dude wandering around in the back and looking oblivious. Come on!
