Don't go to PF Changs in Tualatin if you're Asian (Dark skinned) . The first time we went the service was really slow but the food was great. The atmosphere felt off but Thought, hey maybe it was just me so we gave them another chance. We were seated right away but sat there for over ten minutes without even being acknowledged. The other Caucasian guest seated after us were all taken care of immediately. We had to just leave. Hope you treat your other Asian guests better.

What happened to PF Chang's? Made a reservation for a booth..given a regular table, told no booths available and seated next to three empty booths!! Lettuce wraps using romaine lettuce!!! Half the things on the menu were not available..on a Saturday night (7pm) wontons undercooked. Obviously stopped caring. What a pity.

Pretty fancy as you enter reception, then quickly turns to mid-high end cafeteria, very informal seating. More booths would be nice. When seated along bench seating, there were three empty tables, they tried to sit us next to a filled table, we asked to sit in the middle, they insisted we sit next to people. The people that eventually sat next to us dropped their phone under my girlfriend's seat on the bench, so she had to get up while they deconstructed the bench to get it. While the bench was open you can see where they store the bags straws (enjoy the free straws;) food was mid. Not sure what kind of restaurant this is, since it was my first time. Kind of cafe yumm vibes, with not as good food.....Vegetarian options: Tofu.

Not the old P.F.Chang anymore. Our favorite "Chicken Lettuce wrap" now comes with Romain Lettuce as opposed to Iceberg. Rice bowls are much smaller. Lots of our favorite dishes are cut from menu. This restaurant is going down.

The dumplings were really good but the crispy green beans were so greasy and zero seasoning (a dash of salt would have been nice). At home I would put them on paper towels to absorb the grease. Good idea really.I ordered the shrimp in a lobster sauce, which I haven't had in years, but I love, when cooked properly. The shrimp was cooked good but the mushrooms and the water chestnuts were cold and raw. Zero saute on them. I expect a little caramelization on the veggies and some flavor. Really bland, again. My Mother ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, which she said were bland, no flavor. She thought it was beef, but I corrected her . She couldn't determine the meat?Don't waste your time and spend a far amount of money. I don't have a PF Chang's where I live and I was looking forward to it because I've eaten at one a couple of times in my life. It was such a disappointment. Way better meal at Panda Express! To really ruin the experience, a young mother thought it was OK to change her infants diaper at the table. Are you kidding me? They do have a changing table in the Restroom, somewhere where poo and pee happen, not in the dining room .

Food is great, but when we arrived for our reservation the lady didn't seat us until 8 minutes after our reservation time, to a table that was available the whole time we waited. The lady that seated us was not in a good mood and didn't seem friendly. We come here often and this was the first time this happened to us. PF Chang's might want to vet their employees before hiring just anyone.

The pandemic is over ! Restaurant needs a new manager. Ambiance has all the charm of a construction site. A long wait with half the tables empty, wait staff under trained and lost. Dirty menus and sticky tables. Kung Pao chicken was a handful of deep fried chicken chunks, a minute amount of celery and green onions and an unbelievable amount of red peppers. Rice was cold and undercooked.

Hostess had a terrible attitude like she was bothered she had to seat us. Both things I ordered were out...really run out of coors light? Waiter forgot to bring appetizers. Silverware was coated in lipstick. This place is a joke.
