One day I can order just a loaf of bread and the literal next day they say they can’t sell it to me anymore. Not happy with them or the service as I went to another subway right after and they sold me the bread! Train your employees properly or don’t employ them at all. Waste of time and won’t be back any time soon to this location.

I want to give a shout out to the guy working today , good costumer service, I'm giving 4 start due to an issue with the other employees name Mariah I believe her name was. The guy asked her to put on some gloves to help out and she tried multiple times and couldn't even put gloves on and got fastruated and said I can't! And step and aside and did nothing but look at him do the job. While there was 5x people in line waiting to be helped. Don't get your nails done if you can't do nothing with them.After Eating my 6" sandwich I notice she left to smoke a dam cigarette and this poor guy was left alone helping costumers. Don't hired people like this .

I normally am a positive reviewer, but omg, terrible experience. The worker leaned over to scratch their bare leg halfway through making my sandwich and I had to tell them to change their gloves before they touched my food. They started putting the wrong meat on, had to correct them. Forgot to heat the bacon, and heated the whole sandwich. I let everything slide after that because I was tired of correcting them. Tables looked pretty clean, prep area looked fairly clean. I'm just being honest. Not changing gloves grossed me out.

Forgive & Makeup

I went into subway and ordered a pretzel the gentleman did wash his hands but refused to put on gloves at which point my husband noticed a red sign on the wall stating they weren’t supposed to be operating with out a license which they didn’t have anymore I told him he should reach out to management and he replied not my problem I just work here when I asked him to put on gloves he held up the tongs like me asking for gloves was just so unnecessary at that point my husband and I just left without buying anything

I was Waiting for the lady to finish the sandwiches she was making to take my order for 10 min and when I’m choosing the vegetable she ask me to be fast! What! I don’t mind waiting but she can’t wait for few seconds! , i was looking at the old lettuce and cucumbers so i was try to take something?.

Ive stopped at this location many times and normally have a good experience which is why I'm trying to rate it based off all experiences, but man today was rough.. the gal working was semi rushing me, managed to put too much of one of the condiments I req on the sandwich and when I asked her to take some off she just smeared it in instead of scraping some of it off, then when I asked one more time to please take more off, she start aggressively pressing into the bread and at that point I asked to restart the sandwich because now the bread was just ruined.. I really enjoy the older guy who works here, he's always so pleasant and he always makes my sandwich so well even with a line of people I've had him pretty much any time I've come here over the last 6-8 months, but at check out I found it was time for the gal to be off which explains the rush but hey man, it's work, and sometimes it gets a little busy right at the end but you should never show the customer that.. it was a disappointing experience, she did try and tell me to have a nice day but it seemed extremely forced, it's not really the customers fault when those things happen and regardless I still tipped for the service, I just hope next time goes a little better.

This review is for the Subway inside of Walmart. My husband and I have stopped for sandwiches after shopping many times at this location.. The young lady that helped us today (Saturday morning) was by herself and while a line was building up, maintained a pleasant attitude. She worked very hard and we left a tip. Thank you, young lady!

Do not order delivery, if they mess up the order it will take them two days to fix it.Also there is no way to contact them other than Customer service for subway

Got charged delivery fee on my first order,Tipped and only got half my order, there was no way to call and figure out what was wrong I had to go to the store and wait about an hour to talk to someone that dosent really want to work in the job they are working.

Couldn't figure out what to have for dinner. Settled on Subway. Bread was soft, ingredients fresh. Staff efficient.

I went in to get a sandwich at the subway in Walmart on Dartmouth after shopping and the short lady that works there looked up saw me coming, rolled her eyes, shifted her hip to the right and said “Ugh”.I could tell she did not want to help another customer. There was only one in line before me. Maybe you should have two employees working so they can have their breaks and rest. It was obvious she was overwhelmed. I walked away because I understand how it can be hard if you don’t have help. But you lost my business.

The guy working at subway today told me I’d have to wait a minute for him to take care of a to-go order, which was fine. I stood there for a few minutes as he prepared two sandwiches and then stuck his personal cell phone on the counter where he was making the sandwiches and was texting someone. After he noticed I saw he changed his gloves and eventually tucked his phone away. I didn’t mind the wait time for him to make someone else’s order but putting your phone out on the counter that you’re making peoples food on is gross and totally rude when you have someone waiting. Do that one your own personal time or if it’s an emergency step aside.. Unbelievable.
