Only come here if there is a sale going on. Otherwise, it is not worth it. Meh

I ordered my food at 5:04pm. The dude with the mullet that’s 6ft made my food. The dude barely washed his hands and laughed at my sandwich order that I made all the way through of the sandwich that I ordered. I asked for lettuce and gave me 4 pieces to consider that enough on my sandwich.

Every time I order from this subway the food is never prepared correctly. I got my order and it had four olives, three pickles and two jalapeños. It was covered in mayo, had hardly any mustard and most of the mustard was on the bag and on the sandwich bread. I get it, it’s not a deli, but come on. What a waste of money.

Waited about 25 minutes in line for a single sub because Angie was by herself dealing with the huge line of people. Management sucks for doing things like this, how hard is it to come in if somebody calls out? It’s your job. Angie was great though. She definitely put in more effort than Subway Corporation deserves.

I love Subway sandwiches! They are always so delicious and the quality of the ingredients is great. The bread is always fresh and the vegetables are always crisp. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to accommodate any special orders. I love the variety of meats and cheeses available and I can always find something that fits my dietary needs. The prices are also very reasonable and I always leave feeling satisfied. Subway sandwiches are one of my favorite lunch spots and I would definitely recommend them.

When they ring up your sandwich make sure you are paying attention. I believe when they ring up your sandwich they put addiction stuff on to make it higher then it should be. Then they return the transaction and when they ring it out correctly they are pocketing the difference. My coworker ordered the turkey and ham sandwich. She didn't pay attention and when she looked at the receipt later in the day they charged her for a ham sandwich and charged the turkey as a add on. When i went back I got an honest employee and she rang up the sandwich correctly. She confirmed for me the way she rang up the sandwich was correct. Either the other staff are not trained correctly or they are pocketing the money. Plus I know it is hard to get staff but if they are cheating customers you do not need staff like that. Especially cause people already pay more because the location is inside the mall. Hopefully the owner makes some changes I know I won't eat there again.

Waitress acted as if I was the one making her work and made me sandwich that was soggy and tasted more like lettuce than any other ingredient. Not to mention that the food gave me food poisoning that lasted for days. And that's still not the worst part, Subway as a whole is just a bunch of money hungry rats doing all the shady work behind closed curtains such as falsely advertising their "Tuna" which isn't actually tuna but pork and cattle and they absolutely have no sympathy for all those people who they tricked into buying their food who believed that it was okay for them to eat it.

I know you probably don't think "Subway" when you need to eat gluten free, but they not only serve a nice Udi's GF bun, they volunteer to double toast it for a great texture. They also do a great job looking out for cross contamination. If you let them know you're sensitive, they'll wipe down the prep surfaces, change their gloves, reach down a couple layers in the cold cuts bin, and even wipe condiment bottles and toaster handles. My celiac daughter has never had a problem here. And as they are literally the only place in the mall food court she can eat, we're very grateful they're here!
