Lovely staff with great service. My water glass was never empty. I enjoyed my pork chop breakfast quite a bit here. Definitely worth a stop if you need breakfast on the road.

Good country diner food, great waitress and nice people - totally accommodated my special requests. Food was what I expected and wanted after a long road trip, baked potatoes were awesome and I got plenty of butter. Overall, 5 stars.

Great restaurant- clean, reasonably priced, good food, friendly staff. They have a low rating on Yelp because of old reviews. Yelp reviews should fall off after 2 years.People also need to manage their expectations. Don't expect a Michelin Star restaurant when you are walking in with a McDonalds budget. It's a truck stop restaurant and it's worth trying

What a treat this place is. Found out they are finally making a come back from covid and slowly getting better all the time. Breakfast was fabulous, and the service by our server was Spot On! His name was Ron, and his attention to detail was never short and attitude taller than words can describe. This will be one of our breakfast stops in East County. Can't wait to come back!!!

Not really sure why this is only open till 3pm. Makes it really hard as a OTR driver to get a good meal. We don't always want to eat fast food.

Food was the bomb, service was speedy, and friendly (granted it wasn't busy). It was just the kind of diner experience I was looking for.

First off I never leave reviews! My food looked really good but the taste was horrible. Pancakes were like a wheat cake not cooked. Potatoes were not fully cooked and tasted like butter. The gravey is definitely this canned gravy my grandmother used to serve in her country store. Warmed up grands biscuits to top it off. My husbands chicken fried steak was so bad I spit it out.. either rotten or just not really meat. Eggs, bacon, coffee and hot tea were great!

They have changed their menu. Server/bartender was very short with us, when asking for special request for food he stated they had a health food standard and couldn't make my gravy hot since it could burn my mouth and they would be liable...I said we'll that's what I want. Also asked for no salt on my bloody Mary, came with salt and no straw. If your going to ask what I want then it should come out that way. My previous experience here was fantastic...not today.

Julie is the best waitresses.Everytime we come she is working alone but she treats eash table like it's her only one.Wish the hours were longer.

Sux the hours are so short really hate coming to troutdale and have to settle for Popeyes or subway. Love country pride and would love to eat some time but closing at 3pm 7 days a week sure puts most of us drivers with out good food. Popeyes is nasty and subway gets old after a while. Please stay open later especially on Friday and Saturday. This is when it's most busy and the truck stop is most full of hungry people.
