I drove from SE Division and SE 32nd to the Long John Silvers in Troutdale. It was a 18-20 minute drive each way. When I got home I had a bag full of Taco Bell items but the drinks were correct. I was pissed! I went back and they gave me my correct order. I did not get an apology or acknowledgment of their error just an exchange. I told them just that and the girl at the window said she was sorry but the guy who helped her with the order just looked at me with a dumb expression....read full review
More than 4 cars in front of me that I could see and the lobby line was backed up. I had placed an online order and was back onto Stark Street in under 8 minutes. Even though it was so busy, Celina and Iris greeted me at the drive up intercom and window with cheery smiles and handed my order to me when I drove up. They were both friendly, courteous, and efficient. Thank you Ladies!

It was a Long John Silvers/Taco Bell fast food place. If you wanted taco bell you ordered from a kiosk. If you wanted LJS or had to pay cash then you order at the counter. We ordered and paid, waited for our food, and waited and waited! Everyone else got their food. I questioned where my food was and they hadn't even started it. Manager was not concerned at all.
