For the past few months the milkshakes have been "unavailable" and they kept saying that the freezer was broken, which is obviously untrue or else they wouldn't be able to serve some of their foods that are kept frozen, and to no ones suprise they revealed that they just didn't want to make the milkshakes because the icecream is too hard. Unbelievable...

Can’t say I’d recommend this restaurant. Ordered a double cheeseburger which came with fries. The food arrived with a very small portion of fries, as well as one of the burgers being undercooked. Really unsatisfied with this burger, especially with the $14 price point.

Very disappointed, old fries and horrible burger. I order the Santa Fe Burger and there was no avocado or sauce which is the reason I chose this burger. It all was plain and not at all worth the price I paid for the food.
Bought two bacon cheeseburger burgers and there was no bacon and the food was cold. Not ordering from "Shari's " false kitchen. What a scam. If they want business then they should make better food and not scam people into believing they are ordering from another business

This food was horrible. We got nothing we asked for, both burgers were completely burnt, it gave me all the veggies I didn't ask for. It was very cold, unsalted fries, watery drinks, no flavor. It's like they didn't even look at what we asked for. My husband asked for a chicken burger and got a black burnt hamburger Patti. So frustrated. Not to mention they are expensive.

Nothing famous about their burgers at all. Just a basic plain burger that costs way too much for the quality. I recommend going just about anywhere else or cooking your own food. It's only convenient if you're drunk and order it off a food app and everywhere else is closed. Definitely not flavor town.
