A wonderful place for a lovely light treat! The tea selection is ginormous, the food is delectable, and the atmosphere is fun and not stuffy at all. I highly recommend for either simple brunch or a big party!Parking: A bit tough to find from parking lot.

Overall, for the price, my two daughters and I were less than impressed. The children’s menu is not really a children’s menu as it has many of the items that the regular menu has, minus some. The menu did not seem geared towards children and neither of my not typically picky eaters would eat any of it, which felt like a waste of $95. We spent around $200 for our meal, and were very surprised at how poor the service was. We’ve been to tea lounges in the past and were expecting an elevated experience which we didn’t feel that we received.

So stinking cute!! The food was phenomenal, the tea was great, and seeing ducks swim around in the background was the best. It is a little tricky to figure out where it is if you're unfamiliar with the place, but it's not impossible. Highly recommend it for a date, friend get together, or anything else.

The new dinner is a culinary treat from start to finish. The appetizers are visually stunning and taste magnificent! The fixed price dinner includes appetizers, salad, entrees and dessert and you can add curated wine pairings. The salmon was the best I've ever eaten and the sauce and vegetables were excellent. We also tasted the steak. It was tender and tasty and also comes with a fabulous sauce. The final course was a flourless chocolate cake with orange caramel. It was a fitting end to a special meal. Can't wait to go back!

I took my staff out for Afternoon Tea at Doja and we had the most wonderful time! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the vintage plates on the wall are so fun! I have staff that are Vegan and Vegetarian and they both loved their food options. The rest of us also enjoyed the regular seasonal menu! The tea menu is extensive! We all thought our tea choices were delicious. The service was great! We got our tea and food at the perfect times, were checked on and tea topped off, but not fussed over, and didn’t feel rushed at all.I can’t wait to go back with my family soon!

I love doing traditional tea meals. I was so excited for this one. They semi-accommodated our late arrival due to traffic, which I was greatful for. I say "semi" because multiple times I was told we needed to be done by 6. That was 90 mins from arrival time, and made us feel rushed to get out prior. The location was very difficult to find, perhaps placing a location note (nearby businesses, door location, etc.) on the website would be helpful. The ambiance was interesting, with all the plants, several need some TLC though. The price is far too high for what you get. The service was subpar service and wasn't above and beyond to automatically include the 20% service fee. I would at least expect better engagement from the server. Perhaps go through all the items, how they are paired with teas, how the flavors interact, etc. It would really boost the experience and be similar to other traditional tea houses. I also thought the flavors of the food was mediocre at best. The best thing on the menu was the egg salad on stale bread. I would have expected more distinct flavors with my experience for the price. For $174 to feed 2 adults and a small child, I would have expected much more food, flavor, and better ambiance.

A lovely little place tucked on the lake with full pots of tea and nice array of desserts and treats. We shared a crepe cake slice that was such a rainbow feast for the eyes, although I had wished there was slightly more flavor to it. Our shared pot of tea was impeccable. I truly enjoyed being able to sit in the window with my daughter and chat for hours. The kind employee checked in on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. My daughter has been back many times.

A great place for tea. The employees are wonderful and very knowledgeable about all the teas. The menu changes each quarter so there is also new and exciting to eat.

Hastily put together, and it feels like a DIY project is always happening so they don’t have time to take care of some of the plants. The food is mediocre and overpriced it looks pretty, and that’s about it.

My daughter (10yrs old) and I just had Holiday Tea this afternoon My experience was sadly disappointing which is why I gave a review of 3 stars. We've had afternoon tea before in London and the experiences were completely different. In London your food tier is unlimited, love one type of sandwich, quiche, or pastry and want more sure no problem. Doja charges you for an additional xtra item, that I wasn't expecting. My daughter had the child menu so her savory items were 1 pig in a blanket and a small square cut of pizza both of which was hard so she didn't eat either and asked for an extra ham & cheese sandwich. An additional $2.50 for a finger size sandwich! I asked for another scone and was told it would be $2.50 for an extra one, I passed. When you're paying $70 an extra scone should be complimentary. My daughter ordered hot chocolate instead of tea which I thought was yummy but the hot chocolate does have a rich dark chocolatey taste so if your child likes simple hot cocoa just be aware.Doja Tea lounge is a cute little spot and the variety of tea choices is plentiful I just wish the price was less or you have unlimited treats to eat at no additional cost.

I'm giving this tearoom three stars because I believe everyone is trying their best to provide a quality tea experience. I would suggest, however, that more effort should be put into some fundamentals. The lighting in the tearoom is too bright. Dim the lights a bit. Tea is supposed to be a cosy affair! Get rid of the extra furniture, such as the unused back counter. It just destroys any hope of ambiance. Love the plant wall but the clash of plastic holly boughs is tacky. The sugar looks like road gravel--bougie, but just use sugar or cubes; the rocks never dissolve and they're weird colors to boot. Please give us a fork because the little carrot quiche needed a utensil. As far as the menu goes, there are some strange and rather unfortunate combinations. Sour cherry cake with "smoked" unsweetened Chantilly cream and almonds is a bust. Just top the cake with sweetened Chantilly! The smoke tasted like someone put their cigarette out into it. The gingerbread and jam tart was another bizarre combination. The sandwiches were clunky, bland and dry. The sweet cheese and pepper spice scone was a fail as well. Is it savory, sweet, spicy or all three? Very confusing and baffling flavor combinations and they did not work, particularly at a $70/pp price point. Sorry, but I found this holiday tea to be the worst tea I've ever had in nearly 60 years.

My daughter and I went for the Holiday HighTea yesterday afternoon. It was my fourth visit to the Doja Lounge this year and my favorite so far!As usual the service was wonderful and the server was very accommodating - she brought me a more “fancy” plate when I asked for one! She was also willing to take a photo of us when my other daughter arrived at the end of the meal, standing in front of the wall that displays all of the pretty plates. What made this visit stand out was the menu. I always get the Vegetarian tower and the Holiday tower did not disappoint. Some of my favorite items were the spinach filo tartlet and the mushroom quiche. They were so cute (if food can be “cute”) and had so much flavor. Everything else was delicious also. The meal ended with three delicious desserts, a chocolate peppermint pudding, a gingerbread raspberry eclair, and a sour cherry cake with smoky chantillly.Well done, Doja! I always have a relaxing and fulfilling experience with you. I will be back again.Vegetarian options: Order ahead for all-vegetarian tower
