To be honest, I've never been inside this Jack in the box - I'm exclusively a drive-thru guy. But the service is always great, aligns are never long, and most importantly for me, they serve breakfast all day long! Cannot tell you how many times I have wound up here because breakfast was off the menu on all the other places by 10:30...

I walked in and waited for 6 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff, I’m not sure what the issue is here but all I wanted to do was buy food. At one point even the cook came out from the back and mentioned they should help me and yet they still didn’t. Big bummer, for a jack in the box the restaurant itself seemed clean and well kept. Regardless I won’t be recommending or returning. I don’t quite understand why they didn’t say a word to me, there was no interaction or conversation whatsoever. Super disappointed.

You know… you love it or you hate it. It’s fast food! Cannot resist 2 tacos for 99¢ (in the app). The churros are great when they are fresh and hot - eat them on your way home!!

Don’t waste your time. Ordered pickup to grab breakfast for my wife before she went into work. They say open at 6AM but they were closed. One guy was just sitting in a chair in the lobby. Literally just sitting there watching people drive by. Customer service never answers their phone calls either. I personally think customer service is key so way to go Jack in The Box, you’re down another point. Let’s see how long this location last. Fix your time and your employees. ZERO stars

I would give it all ZERO stars if possible. My fiance and I went there to get a quick bite before a 2hour class, and the dining room was locked. The rude guy that answered said it was a "drive-thru only" location. What?! OK, fine. I asked if I could wash my hands as we'd just gotten off work and we normally wash our hands before eating anyways. Guy said, "Nope. Drive-thru only." I repeated my question to use the restroom as I don't think he understood English, showed him my hands, and pointed to the restroom. Guy rolled his eyes and gave me a disgusted look before letting me inside. I walked to the restroom and the door handle was sticky besides the door being stuck entirely. I asked the guy if it was locked or occupied and he ignored me. I went outside, used some wipes from my first-aid bag to clean my hands, and we left. Absolutely horrible experience and we won't be going back there ever again.

I know Jack in the box from 1972.. Even their jumbo Jack did not compare.. nice customer service. a military discount.

This place is NASTY and so are the workers! I honestly don't know how this place is even still open other than being next to I-5 and people stumbling here by MISTAKE.... Locals know this place is unprofessional, dirty, rude and always messing your food up, but NEVER willing to get your food RIGHT. This location is so bad off and hard up they will over charge you but when you notice and call them out they will keep your money and make excuses. Even when they forget to put an item you ordered in your bag they will argue with you, call you a liar, won't simply replace or refund anything and just flat out rip you off!!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION! YOUR STOMACH AND YOUR WALLET AS WELL AS YOUR OVER ALL HEALTH AND WELL BEING WILL THANK YOU AND ME! I promise.....Parking: The parking lot is tiny and always PACKED.

I placed an order online and when I arrived there was one car at the pick up window and 1 at the speaker. It took 25min for me to get my order because they were taking orders and making the food one car at a time. I realized there was only 1 person working! Ridiculous!

Interior of building smells of mold. They've had a broken door for over a month I know of. Exterior of building needs a landscape job. Food was not worth the price. Onion rings should now be called onion dust they are so overcooked. Totally disappointed in this place.
