The lady was very nice, sadly they took our favorite smoothie off the menu (vanilla blue sky) but they still made it almost the same, very friendly and helpful.

The prices have gone up yet again. The small is now $6.50…. Crazy expensive. Guess this is now a place you go to only occasionally instead of weekly or even bi-weekly.

I feel so bad for the girl working… there’s two people working right now and only one is helping all the customers when getting a smoothie shouldn’t be a wait of 15 minutes if you have 5 customers in the building waiting for their order. I’m not sure what her name is, but whoever was here with wearing the Christmas headband hiding in the ask at 11:30 while her coworker is stacked with customers. Now there’s around 7 people waiting… to find out this girl is working alone because the other is on a break at the worst time to take a break. Right now is lunch hour…. Sounds like this girl decorated in Christmas wear doesn’t know how to manage her time or support her coworkers at a time when it’s needed most. Just thought I’d share some observations

Please don't lie to your customers especially when they use to work for Jamba Juice.Came in with my son on a Tuesday afternoon. Bought a large white gummy bear smoothie (32 oz) and asked it to be split.I know for a FACT that when you split a large to 2 small cups (16 oz) they should be FULL because 32 divide by 2 is 16. Plus, I use to work at Jamba Juice.. don't tell me the math has changed because that would be another lie.The manger there told me no they don't quite fill up.Girl.... This thing was 1/4 less than what it was supposed to be for BOTH CUPS.Would like someone to remedy this, all the other locations of Jamba juices have always filled up the cups when we split it.
Dispite 5 people working it took forever to get my order and they made the wrong drink. Miss management and lack of training.

They offered to clean my Tumbler that I bought there as usual, but this one girl then states they don't do that due to allergens. She then told me to go in the bathroom to clean it out. I've never had an issue with anyone cleaning my tumbler there before.
