Came here and got a poke bowl. While looking at the different fish and toppings I noticed how large the poke pieces were and it overall looked unappetizing. I continued to build a bowl anyways and I regretted continuing to purchase it. I should’ve just left. I tried it before throwing it out and I just could not eat it. Absolutely disgusting.

Every time I go from Mexico for work I go to eat at this place. The poke salad is very tasty and has a wide variety of toppings. You must give this oasis a chance among all the fast food.Don't forget to order the spam musubi.

I always go here for chicken katsu and teriyakis. Katsu is crispy and comes with sauce on the side which is perfect and also huge portion. And I pair it with unsweetened black iced tea. Also good spam musubi. Always intrigued to try the poke, looks fresh.

I got a poke bowl here and the fish had spoiled. The kid who worked there was also rude from the start with an airpod in his ear so he could barely hear what I was saying. I went back inside to ask for a refund or something different from the menu and he told me to maybe come back the next day. The fish was completely gray/brown and I couldn’t eat it without gagging. He didn’t even care to check my food but after continuously trying to find a solution, he finally refunded me in cash. That’s the only reason I’m giving this place more than one star. Don’t come here if you don’t want overpriced, spoiled fish.

I was amused that another reviewer also had a hard time figuring out what the sizes were. This was my first (and last) visit to this establishment and when I asked what sizes they had I was told "small, medium, and large," as if that settled the matter. No containers were referenced. I ordered two bowls and asked for no sauce on one of them but she put two different sauces on that one anyway, there was a definite communication barrier even for straightforward choices like sauce. The price was straight b@t$h!t for what you get, especially if you're ordering tofu instead of fish, which I was. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor when I saw the bill for $50 for a light lunch of rice and vegetables for me and my 11 year old. Lesson learned.

From the second I walked through the door, an hour before closing, the kid acted like my presence was an annoyance to him. Made a smart@$$ comment to me when I asked how big the small was. Owner in the back witnessed the entire thing and could not have cared less. Overpriced at $13.99 for a small, but that isn't unusual anymore, however I'd like to not be treated with contempt. Only giving two stars because the food was very fresh.

I don't expect service workers to love or even like their jobs. I don't expect to be smiled at. I do sort of hope though that I don't get treated like a major inconvenience before a single word has left my mouth. The kid working there acted annoyed with me from the second I walked through the door, and was a smart @$$ on top it. When he asked me what size I wanted, and got down a metal bowl, I told him that it was to go and asked what size the bowl was. He stared at me for a few seconds like I was brain-damaged then slowly said, "This is a mixing bowl." I then had to ask him what size was a small then, since he didn't seem willing to impart that information on his own. I spent many years working service/retail jobs, so I go out of my way to be friendly and low-maintenance, but I don't think there's anything I could've done with this kid to improve our interaction.Giving one extra star because the food tasted very fresh. The price was outrageous, but that seems to be the norm everywhere now.

The best poke place I’ve ever been to. Not too expensive

Let me start off by saying I've eaten A LOT of poke, both good and bad. I normally get a small when I'm trying a new place for the first time, so I expected it to be small; but the scoop of rice I got could have fit very comfortably in the palm of my hand, all the toppings were about par for the course. Soggy cilantro, overly sweet seaweed salad, and canned pineapple. Not fantastic quality. As the very nice lady behind the counter was making my bowl I kept asking myself "wait, is that all?". She also forgot my masago, but I'm starting to think that was a good thing based on the lack of freshness from the salmon and spicy tuna. The teriyaki looked pretty good, so if you go there maybe stay away from the poke and choose something else on the menu!

We've only been here once. We went at about 4:30 on a Friday and were the only ones there. It picked up a bit later, but our food did take a while considering there weren't others there. The place was SUPER clean and the staff were friendly. The salmon teriyaki bowl had a great char on the fish. The beef bulgogi was pretty good. Spam musubi with brown rice is...interesting but still good! Overall, glad we stopped in over a chain place in the area.

Wow. We walked in at 6:35 and were told “suggest you go somewhere else we’re about to close.”Google says they close at 9.The bar was FULL of food. There were 3 people working. The kid who told us this looked maybe 16.Ridiculous.You people are jerks.—-UPDATE: the sign outside says it closes at 9.My daughter called and asked their hours and they said they close at 9. She told them what just happened and the person said “umm, I dunno …”So yep. Lying.Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually wants to serve customers.
