Hands down! The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to! I will say one thing they are consistent on bad fries, bad customer service, and every SINGLE time something is wrong with our order! I understand it’s just McDonald’s but we as customers are using our money and would like to get what we ordered and it be correct it’s that simple!

Cold, brown fries. Soft like they were undercooked, and brown as if they are overcooked. Went out of my way to go to this location because the closest one to me has had terrible fries several times lately. This location has the same cold, brown fries now, too.

I had ordered 2 McChickens with xtra mayonnaise anyways when I came home both of my McChickens didn’t have mayo at all :(. I give them a three star cause my fries were really good and because the workers were so sweet. But i really wanted my mayo ?

It's McDonald's...not much to say. The drive-thru is always fast, the food is always hot and fresh, and the fries are fresh- not over-salted. It would be nice if the fries were filled up all of the way and not half way. If I wanted a small fry then I would have ordered one! The prices don't need to increase to do so, either.Parking: It's congested by the restaurant entrance by Jiffy Lube and the drive-thru exit as well as the parking lot and the drive-thru entrance. You're likely to get boxed in if you park during peak times like lunch and dinner. There are also potholes there throughout the year between McD's and the Jiffy Lube building as you pull into the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly, but no fenced outdoor area for the kids to play.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking in front of the restaurant and easy wheelchair access.

Stopped in at the Tigard location this morning.. Went through drive thru for breakfast was a pleasant visit food was great drive thru lady was great she had an awesome welcoming smile it was a nice addition to our morning ? this location was a much better

This Nyberg location is so much better than the one down the street. I've been going to this location because they have not messed up on my order so far. My only complaint is that the fries can be a little salty sometimes. But overall, i have received satisfactory service. I have never had an item missing in my bag, which is why I give this location 4 stars.

Today I order from the doordash , it was very disappointing meal. The fries are not fresh and and the nuggets are not warm enough and I didn’t receive the burger (4pack) and when I informed the dasher he said he can’t do anything! Isn’t that his responsibility! And when I called the store the lady said that rest of my order is still in the store! What kind of service is that! My son is hungry and want to have a chicken burger. The service is very poor. ????? . Very disappointing when you are hungry.

Who doesn't love a Mickey D Burger in the evening when you're exhausted? We cruise through the drive-thru using the app and everything went well. The young person running the window was very courteous and I always tell them good job for having a job.Wheelchair accessibility: This place has a nice ramp to get into the restaurant.
