Fantastic Steak dinner. Server was forgetful when asked for items a couple of times. Other then that probably best Steak ? blooming onion was very greasy. Grilled shrip was way over spiced.

I'm glad I went back to Outback Steakhouse. It's been a few years! I was at El Gaucho and Ringside Steakhouse a couple times this year and the food, atmosphere, and service are definitely all better at those locations, But, if they are rated as the pinnacle, then Outback is 85% of the way there on food, 80% for service, and 70% for atmosphere. Bear in mind, though, that you'll pay 25% of what Gaucho and Ringside will charge. You get to decide which of all those is more important to you!

My steak was not medium. All but burnt. Dry and no taste. Haven't been there for years and finally went cause that's all I wanted. Oh well next time I'll send it back. Manager made it right though. For the most part.

While in town for the weekend, we chose to get delivery to our hotel. One person had steak and lobster tail, and paid extra for loaded mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes never arrived, they received someone else's salad instead. One person ordered a cheeseburger with no onions, or pickles, and received extra onions (battered and regular) and pickles. Same person received what we thought was a baked potato, which smelled and look like it was rotten, and it was never on the order to begin with. One dessert, chocolate thunder from down under, was missing the ice cream.Next time we're in town, we will go elsewhere. We spent way too much money to have our order be half ours and half of someone else's. We could have ordered fast food, spent much less, and had the same result.

I guess I am not totally surprised why all the Outback's are closing - it's just not good. Let's start with the fact that it took almost 45 minutes for our appetizer to come, and then another 10 for my husband's side salad. Not a good start to the evening. 2nd - the rumor is that you have to order your steak one step higher than you want because the steaks are always underdone. Which turns out to be true. I've learned my lesson on that. Next, the macaroni and cheese side. I really hope that it was a bad night cause it was dry as a bone and tasted like cajun seasoning. No bueno. Now I have a question. Why does Outback charge $9 to add shrimp to a steak and then only give you 4 shrimp. Not even Red Lobster would charge that. Or they would give you a proper amount. Our server was nice, but she hardly ever came around back to our table. I would have loved to send my steak back, but by the time she did, my husband was finished with his meal, and I wanted to leave. The worst part is that we still have a gift card to use at Outback. I'm not looking forward to another experience here.

They have really tender steak and yummy coconut shrimp. I went there for my birthday cuz I wanted to try the bloomin onion. I was talking about it to the staff when we arrived and not 5 minutes later it was on my table complements of the staff. They don't always give them away but I just got lucky this time. The staff was so nice and they did a good job. I enjoyed myself and I would go there again.Wheelchair accessibility: They were very accommodating with my wheelchair even opening the door for me.

Friday night, no wait. Family of 4, we were seated. For 15 minutes, not 1 server acknowledged us. Finally, we placed our drink and food order at once, because at this point, the kids are hungry and wanting to leave all ready. 30 minutes, yes, 30 minutes latter, our 2 drinks came out from the bar. 2 families that were seated after us, had all ready ate and we’re leaving. Still waiting for our food, the fire alarms all go off. No one says a thing and all customers are looking around for direction. Nothing. 2 minutes latter, they go off. Back to the service. 30 minutes after that, we had to find the manager to complain, as the food finally showed up. Don’t go here. I’m a fan of outback, but go to cedar hills. Will never return and will advise others to save their time. Disappointed
