Service is terrible here. I once waited for 10 minutes to be seated when one person I thought was a diner cause they had been talking to someone eating the entire time finally broke away from their conversation and sat me. Then the food was atrocious. It was delivered to me cold and when I asked why they said they were too busy. There were only two other tables being used. Not sure how this place is still in business.

Bought some pies for 314 day and they seemed understaffed. Ordered a couple days before, but took about 30 mins to get in and out. Pies were ok. Really liked the Dutch apple. Cherry, strawberry rhubarb were a bit bland .

Our waitress was totally fantastic, she was attentive, listened to my kids, checked in to make sure we were good, knew what to suggest, was fast and very kind. The food was great, the cook was a tad slow but it was worth the wait. The only complaint I have is that it's clear that the place needs basic maintenance and upkeep which isn't happening. I don't mean it needs to be like new, but there were issues like napkins being stuffed into walkway lights, the bathroom looked like everything was from the era it was built, some of the items we wanted to order couldn't be made because the waffle maker was broken, the whip creme maker was broken, etc. I'll certainly go back but I'd like to see Shari's be in better shape and show more pride in their restaurants.

Shari's was my mom's choice for breakfast. Our waitress was very attentive and helped us in and out of the doors as my mom is in a wheelchair. The food was delicious and everything was great.

If this location lasts another 3 years, I'll be impressed. I've frequented this location for over a decade and it's really tanked. The manager was our server the other night... and yikes! Terrible service. I wonder if he was the cook as well. Took forever to get my omelet. And maybe he's the bus boy too. He happened to also be the host and cashier.I understand it's hard to keep good employees and you have to keep costs down, but my latest visit will likely be my last. What a bummer!

The food was good! The waitress was nice! It's too funny that you cannot NOT have your toast! ?The people letting their kid run around and coloring the walls need some parenting skills and to teach their kid the word NO, but the restaurant was good!!

Staff left a lot to be desired..woman restroom void of paper towel or blower and resembled an unkept outhouse..coffee was excellent food was better than service and bathroom, but not better enough for validating prices.
