It's exactly what I want and expect from Subway a filling, yummy sandwich with friendly, quick customer service.

I ordered on the app and got 2 foot longs. One of them was the beast and it was missing jalapeños, mvp sauce, lettuce, olives, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, all of which are on the reciept. The second sandwich was a spicy Italian and it was missing cheese, banana peppers, salt and pepper, and all of it was on the reciept as well. I could not take it back due to them being closed. For the amount I spent a refund and a remake needs to happen.

Bad vibes. Have ordered here multiple times and going to give up because the order isn’t right and they don’t keep things fresh so highly unsure of their food safety practices. We ordered some footlongs today and all of them had stale, hard bread and tasted off. Awful experience, giving up on this location.

Alina was courteous, efficient and attentive. She and the crew here always do great keeping the store clean. This is the best subway (and cheaper somehow) in a 10 mile radius.

Very helpful and friendly workers. Store is also very clean and the food is delicious.

Been eating here for years. Love Subway but really wish we had a better Subway option in Tualatin! For some reason THIS store NEVER EVER gets my app order 100% right. Time after time after time, something is always missing or incorrect. I make very clear and simple requests, like whether to toast it or not, less vs more ingredients, or to simply put the mayo on the bread instead of on top last like they do now. But its always something! Maybe these are small nitpicky items, sure..... but still super disappointing and shows a severe lack of quality control. C'mon though... it's a sandwich guys - it's not super complicated.

I just ate here with my husband and 2 of our kids. The staff were all super kind and friendly with the biggest smiles on their faces. Emily, Frankie, and Sarah were the ones up front making our sandwiches and cashing us out. All were a joy to be around! Keep it up guys and gals! We will definitely be back!

We always went to the subway in tigard on highway 99, but they were out of bread on Saturday night, so we drove to this subway in Tualatin, wow, place was amazing, food was so much fresher, the staff made great sandwiches.I will drive the extra 10 minutes every time.Best subway I've ever been to.

Needed 3 sandwiches for grand child's lunches . Kids had very specific ingredients, bread type etc. Staff were the prime example of bored and bothered by me trying to buy a sandwich. They wouldn't look at the written order and would only take items in their order. Never will I stop here again!

This Subway franchise doesn't understand the concept of 'fast food'. Walking in as the only customer, I see the manager completing trays of bread for the oven. I wasn't greeted or ask to wait a minute but I know the importance of completing a task. I waited patiently until she put the trays in the oven. To my surprise and without a word, she took 4 more trays from under the counter to prepare those instead of taking my order. I walked out, never to return. She made no attempt to stop me. You would think a franchise owner would have more respect for paying customers.
