“We chose this food truck in Bend as the food sounded healthy and interesting, and were not disappointed. We had the chicken Masu-Bhaat and the beef Shaapta. Both were delicious and a generous portion. The spice load was the perfect blend of savory, slightly sweet and spicy flavors. And the sides of fresh greens and nutritious short grain brown rice made this a delicious, healthy meal. We tried the dumplings, which were just OK. The service was friendly and timely, especially considering we were there on a Saturday and during the grand opening of the first dog food truck in Bend, the Hungry Hound, which drew in a large crowd of hungry people with dogs galore. We will return to this experience!“
