This is a great place to eat for food, friendliness and atmosphere. In fact, the whole town is really friendly.

I have held off for reviewing this place for a while but it's just simply disappointing every time I walk through the door.While the games for the kids are decent and the decor takes you back to an old time diner feel, the place needs work!Highlights: they have a place for video lottery, a decent ice cream selection, and their adult milkshakes and bloody marys are extremely good.Unfortunately their service is in desperate need of help. We waited a super long time to get our drinks and have our food order taken. After waiting forever for the food to finally arrive it was subpar at best. There were finger indents in our burger tops. The food was bland with no flavor. I love crispy tater tots but these were disintegrated and COLD! While standing at the counter the cook was observed playing with his hair and scratching into his ear before touching the food. No hygiene, no gloves, absolutely disgusting.They had someone cleaning the tables talking with a couple at a table saying that the "wait time is long because he wants the food to come out perfect". Well let me say he has a long way to go. I understand that burgers are a dime a dozen but when I spend 12 bucks for a burger I expect something with flavor! Not thin frozen patties that have come out cold. The bacon was crumpled up pieces of what could be considered bacon cooked to the point of disintegration.While I understand slow service comes on busy nights but I fortunately 3 tables in a restaurant is not busy and if that is considered too much to handle for one person up front then they need to hire more for a shift.Also, be careful of their front counter. It sliced my son's finger open.This could be a very cute burger/shake place for our local residents but unfortunately the quality is just not there.

Really good food. And the milkshake was super good. Even though there's only one lady working when I went in she was on top of everything and making sure everybody was okay and topped up and got the food out on a very timely manner.
