This is actually the second time I’ve eaten at Mai Tong Thai. The first time I had the fresh salad rolls and they were delicious. This time I brought my husband and he chose the butterflied fried shrimpand the Shrimp Fried Rice. (I ordered from a different food truck.) Amazing food. We ordered the pad see ew with tofu and it was great. It was a rainy day and they even offered to walk it out to our car so we didn’t have to stand in the rain. Excellent service and very nice people!
