This is by far my favorite Starbucks and it’s easily because Shelly makes my day each and every time I visit. She is the BEST!

I'm not one that usually post negative reviews but the person by the name of Jay, helping me at this Starbucks needs to have a serious attitude adjustment towards positivity to customers. Coldest welcome ever didn't say thank you and just was flat unappreciative of my business. honestly I have not been into Starbucks where I had to say thank you generally the customer is the one that should be for the business. Won't be back again.

Staff was so nice to move a table around. Parking is plentiful and free. Spacious outdoor seating so you can bring your pup. Quite and clean space and no homelessness.
Employees there were super nice, recommended me a drink modification that was very tasty, and checked in with me as I was leaving to see if I liked it (and then when I said I did, offered me a 50¢ refill even though I didn't have rewards!) Nice way to start the day. :)

My drink was great. I asked for it extra thick and it was thin but flavor was great. I ordered 2 cake pops and the gal didn’t where gloves and this is how I received it. With covid going on I expected more from a chain. She was touching other food and then touch mine it was really gross. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
