This Starbucks is the location of a former bank (Bank of the West), which is the reason for the parking and drive thru layout. They've done a REALLY good job over the years of creating a good interior atmosphere and the employees are always friendly and polite. It's easy enough to walk around the front to enter the building if you're parking on the side or back, and since there's nothing they can do about that layout I'm not holding that against them. The interior is spacious in looks very nice, would have no issues sitting in here drinking coffee and talking with someone. The drive-thru has plenty of space and moves quickly. This is a nice Starbucks location. I've been here plenty of times, and I have no issues coming back here.Dietary restrictions: I have some dietary restrictions, and they have no issues leaving stuff out when I asked and helping me figure out what's in something.Parking: This location has plenty of parking, though it's on the side and back of the building. There's not much they can do about that, is this building is the location of a former bank and that's how it was built before they purchased it. It's not a super busy area or lot so it's no issue parking in the back and walking around out front. If you really have a problem with the park and go through the drive-thru, it moves quickly and they are friendly.Kid-friendliness: Employees have always been very nice to our son, and let him know what kids things are on the menu when he asks.

I Orderd with my on line app the same thing I always order. I got a venta in stead of a tall no sugart free sweetners, and they refused to acknowledge the mistake. To add to the insult I was treated horribly. Highley recoment black rock for great service and attitude. All for a 9 dollar order. And I cannot take back the one star they dont dererve

I'll never go back to this Starbucks again I accidentally grabbed the wrong drink and the barista jumped down my throat was super rude and disrespectful in front of my 18 month old son.

Great shop converted from a bank. The staff are super friendly and warm. I ordered my birthday drink and forgot to press "submit" when I arrived they were like, no problem well whip it right up.
Not easy to order especially for someone who just had brain surgery .

Came in the morning of Thurs, Nov 10 to pick up an online order. It was 10:45 am and there was no line. The two young ladies behind the counter did not greet me in any fashion. I politely interrupted their chat and inquired about my order. One of the ladies grabbed a ticket and begin to make the order. She returned moments later with my drink and simply laid it on the counter and walked away without saying anything or even looking at me. She then went back to casually chatting with her co-worker. I try to circumvent interaction with these entitled children by ordering through the app. But not even that can override the levels of negligence and apathy from the magnificent staff at West Linn.
