I do not know his name, but there was a man wearing a belt with one of those big gold medallions on the front. We showed up this evening, and he was the only employee there. He had this smile on his face while he was making our drinks, and we couldn't tell if he just enjoyed his job, or if he knew he made the best drinks in the valley. I thought their Federal Way location had the best customer service of almost every other coffee shop I've ever been to, but even one of their Medford locations had the same level of care and attention. Paired with their fantastic coffee I can easily see them supplanting that other place. If you're still going to that other place, I suggest you give this one a try.
