Ordered a Mexican pizza, and it was trashed. I had them remake it, and they almost messed it up again. I will never order from this Taco Bell again. My bill was over $40

I feel like a lot of times I go here the food is usually prepared horrible. BUT- this time around the drive through was fast (as fast as they can be to cook and prepare fresh food) the service was good, very friendly and considerate. I notice they go through a lot of new people, the crew they had there tonight they should give them a raise to keep them there because the food was perfect!I ordered a party pack of crunchy tacos and 5 beefy five layer (all grilled) and they were all fresh hot and delicious. Keep up the good work. I feel like now days everyone is so impatient and rude. When these places are usually kids right out of high school learning, other people ‘customers’ should have some consideration for this and if there order is wrong- simply go back or call to let them know so this will give them a chance to correct and teach them.

We went about noon on the 28th. After I told the lady what we wanted, she repeated back the order, it took me a minute to realize that she didn't hear the last food I told her. So, I told her again everything I asked, she repeated and got it correct. The drive up windows associate was very pleasant, but we had to go back for the food item that I had to repeat to the speaker associate because it was missing . Forgot to mention when I asked about the wraps, she said they don't do wraps. Yet, they have 2 style tortillas wraps. If it wasn't for that, I would have gave it 5 stars.
There food is pretty decent but they are super rude and the drive through line is so long and the people on the inside are so slow to getting orders out.
I like there New beef nachos. Great value on value menu.

Wish I could give them a half a starA gentleman got stranded there and lives 2 hours away trying to get a message to his wife and she was trying to get a message to him and the staff there wouldn't relay a message or let him borrow the phone for a minute
Worst tacos I’ve ever had was today. The bottoms were soggy and stuck to the paper like they had been premade for hours, and they packed it full with lettuce and cheese but little to no meat in the taco. It fell apart in my hand while trying to eat it and the shell was so stale it cut my gums. My girlfriend ordered a Crunchwrap supreme that was entirely cold and was stuck to the paper as well. Absolutely the worst experience and I would not recommend getting food here.

ive already known this taco bell to be sub par solely based on how long it will always take, especially in the drive thru. but tonight, after getting home with the order and opening the cheese fries (most expensive thing on the order), it was literally only half full... as well as completely squashed to one side despite the bag being completely level the whole ride back. on top of that, there apparently was "technical difficulties" when taking my card through the window, in which they didnt give it back to me for a good 4-5 minutes. not making any kind of accusations or anything, but definitely felt weird and slightly suspicious.
