3-16-24I was driving in at Carl's Jr. on SW 95th. I handed my note to the cash register because I'm deaf. I noticed only four cars behind me. I also noticed assistant manager Liz wasn't nice to the cash register. Assistant manager Liz was sort of yelling at the cash register about the cars behind me. I was told to park. I noticed all the cars went by so fast. I walked in and found my food sitting in the heat. I got home, and my food was cold. Assistant manager Liz is not very appropriate for her duty.

We come here probably a couple times a month Liz the manager is always super nice and friendly. Food is good and they are pretty quick!

Time to get food order extremely slow for a "fast food" establishment. Was not busy. Burger was cold when served and fries were warm at best. Music in restaurant is too loud. Won't stop here again. Sad decline of what was once one of the better fast food burger places.
