Delivered two sandwiches with burnt, hard, and inedible bread. And one had lettuce added that I didn't specify. Called store to report and the gentleman who answered argued with me for near 10 minutes about how he didn't believe that the bread was actually burnt (after putting me on hold to, apparently, check his bread stock). I told him it was inedible and he straight up asked me "how is it inedible?" After offering to physically show him the bread, he offered to send a new sandwich for the lettuce mistake. Still insisting that he "found the burnt-ness hard to believe."I'm not even mad about the sandwich, but I am bewildered by the service.The last few times before this we had any issues with the order, the manager was extremely helpful in remedying any problems we had, including running new sandwiches directly over. So not sure what happened to the service level, but it's decreased significantly since the past year or two.

My sandwiches arrived poorly assembled falling apart, literally crammed full of cheese and two slices of turkey, that was shredded into pieces like it was over handled and or someone doesn't know how to use the slicer, instead of making it right, they proceeded to argue with me and told me they could not provide refund. What kind of food establishment wont provide refunds when food is poor quality? It was delivered to my house and these individuals proceeded to act as if their sandwich makers dont make mistakes. I will be contacting Jenna the general manager in the morning to ensure Andre returns my fund as he said, we will be checking our bank statement throughly. Safe to say we won't be spending our money here anymore. And im looking further in to a corporate number as it seems these folks are trying to steal from unsatisfied customers.

The employees at this location are Rock Stars. Kudos to the team who work nights. My daughter loves this location not only for the food but the customer service. (I actually think she goes there for them over the food) I just wanted to give a shoutout to the team for showing their appreciation to young teens(which isn't always easy in the food service industry!) and their service. Please give your team a Thank You, they deserve it!

Do they use freaky fast as a slogan anymore? I hope not because that’s some seriously false advertising. Delivery has been out for an hour and it’s still not here. They are a mile away from my location. Should I walk there and get it? While Covid positive?

No longer freaky fast, now just freaky service- the bad kind.30+ mins for a delivery to an address less than a mile away. I could have walked to the store faster. The accuracy of the order was poor, too. Received the wrong drink.I have been avoiding the Wilsonville location for over a year due to slow times and poor service. The deciding factor was when I showed up to a completely shut down store on a weekday afternoon, just nobody working.This second chance over a year later did not make the cut. Take your money elsewhere! $16.45 for a basic combo is too much to spend on slow, inaccurate service.

Awful ordering experience. They mislabeled all five sandwiches, and didn’t put the pickles that we paid for in the bag. Also gave us the wrong sandwiches. The employees didn’t seem to care whatsoever.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady who ran out to my car to bring me a fork for my bowtie pasta.She didn't have to that, and maybe it sounds like a little thing, but those are the efforts customers remember.I see some negative reviews below so there's a little positive reinforcement.Thanks for the great service!Although I don't think the #9 includes turkey and roast beef, ha ha... But that's ok. I got my extra hot peppers. ?

Delivery is a joke. The last two deliveries took over an hour even though I live 5 min. away. Soda had no ice, no carbonation whatsoever both times.

The food is great but you might want to go in to get your food unless you want it delivered an hour after you put the order in. It doesn’t matter whether it’s day or night, weekday or weekend. The deliveries are always extremely late and no one has answers to where your food is or when it will arrive when you call in.

Everything has always been great every time I come in or order online. I DO NOT order through doordash because doordash doesn’t pick up these orders it’s actually Jimmy John’s personal drivers who do it, plus doordash tends to charge me way way more. I love that everyone is always so accommodating and try there best to get things out even during these busy holidays!!
