I will start off by saying that the service was fantastic, and I'm so sad to say that I was disappointed by this place. I had the Pollo Fundido, and the cream sauce was great. Unfortunately, the main staple of Mexican dishes (the beans) was absolutely awful. I have NEVER had beans so bland. The only way I think they could have managed beans this bland was by boiling pinto beans, mashing them, and serving them with NO seasoning at all. We were shocked when we got such bland beans as the bean dip, and then further disappointed when they were the same beans used on the entree plates.

Their prices are on the higher side for comparable restaurants for food and alcohol so I won't dine there again. The food very good and the portions are large. Service was friendly and quick.

Love this place grew up going here, my family have lived here in wilsonville for 30+ years, and this will always be somewhere we continue to go, I have child hood memories of me an my sister dancing to the music and have root beer floats with Papa, served in a cow boy boot mug. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. And they work so hard to create amazing atmosphere and service plus you really get a bang for your buck. Vs the new competitor Santa Fe , we leave stuffed to the brim and usually go home with leftovers which are just as amazing as a midnight stack. The drink menu could be updated and improved. And maybe a little less cheese on things but other than that you will get a tasty meal worth the price.

I am utterly dumbfounded by my experience. Both my Mom and I were blown away with the actions of our server, (Manuel) and the cook. It is very rare for me to send food back. However, the flautus I ordered, were so charred, they tasted like ash. The chicken was also very dry. Despite our calm demeanor, Manuel seemed annoyed, and took my plate back to the cook. He returned a few minutes later. We were baffled that they didn’t bother to make me a fresh plate. Instead, they cut off the chared ends, and handed it back to me. When we called them out on it. They didn’t deny it, Our server never apologized. However, a random waitress did. She was very sweet and understanding of our frustration, she apologized several times before we left! (thank you to whomever you are)With the exception of a random waitresses kindness. Their behavior was deplorable.

Service was great and friendly. Atmosphere was great for Mexican place. I love Mexican food. Especially my favorite type of marinade meat, al pastor. I got the al pastor burrito. The meat was very dry. Eating a dried al pastor was very disatisfying. The actual taste was mediocre. Mainly just tasted salt. Nothing popping from the al pastor.I did enjoy the free chips and salsa.Though this review is based on 1 dish you can only imagine how dry the other meats are. Will try again.Don't order the al pastor burrito Especially for 17.99
