This was the first time my boyfriend had gone to MOD (I've been a few times previously a few years ago in Salem)... one thing I wish we would have done was ordered through the app before going in (even if you order in person, the app shows you all of the available toppings). There was a huge line, and you could tell that the employees were feeling the rush, so you didn't have much ability to ask questions about which toppings were which, since they don't have them labeled. I also forgot about the after-baking toppings/sauces, because I would have asked for the fig balsamic glaze... it's bomb!

The pizza is good but double check what you get. When they get busy, they also get flustered. I got the wrong pizza and didn't know until I got home, which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to it.

I used to go to Pieology all the time and did not like MOD pizza because their toppings were so limited in the beginning. They have gotten better with their choices. The only thing that went wrong is that one of our free pizza coupons didn't work...the guy was nice, but he didn't try to "fix" out problem or explain to us why it didn't work, he didn't try to problem solve, only told us that it didn't work and handed it back to us. The girl who made our pizza did a fantastic job.

I really like the atmosphere in this place, it makes me nostalgic for the pizza parlors of my youth. Their specialty pizzas have really creative combinations and I love that you can customize your own pizza from the ground up! The pizza crust is thin and crispy.

Pizza was great! Zero was the one that helped me with my order. He was awesome....he made the best pizza I have had there yet!
I ordered delivery, accidentally did two orders and they called to see if I needed it cancel. I appreciate that alone, and I was given two moon pies and a free pizza card in case of a mess up! I appreciate it, they’re always helpful here and my orders are always good.

Fourth time here and LAST! Brown, wilted lettuce on the salad! The thick crust pizza was burned on the edges and NOT cooked in the middle....just horrible! Two of the cooks looked like they just came off the homeless streets of Portland.
