If I could give them negative one stars I would. This is like the third or fourth time that they have misread my order and put cheese on a lactose intolerant person's meal. Not only that, but they refused to put an adequate amount of sauce on the noodles. This place is run by teenagers. It needs a proper manager. No quality control whatsoever.Vegetarian options: Barely anything vegan. Mostly vegetarian. Poorly made food, ratios are always different. Inconsistent af

Went with a friend, for the first time for both of us .food was yummy. I had the zucchini noodle in white sauce. It was good so I ordered the parmesan chicken with zucchini noodles for my husband for dinner. The menu on the wall was huge and bright. Customer service was really good and friendly. The floor was a little dirty and needed a little sprucing up, but other than that it was excellent.Vegetarian options: You can trade zucchini noodles on any noodle dish.

I would like to express how great the Customer Service. Last night I came into the restaurant with my phone dead, barely any gas in my car and lost from how to get home. I was devastated on the inside, while being professional with the workers that were there. They helped me so very much by letting me charge my phone of one of the workers charger, and then one of the other workers let me use her cell phone to call my wife and to let her know that I was lost, safe, and was charging my phone from it dieing on me while I was trying to get home ect.I'm extremely thankful for them helping me in this tough situation I was in. I was lost at night, for an hour and half trying to get home and came across this restaurant. I'll never forget how much they helped me last night, and the amount of respect they had towards people.Thank you kindly.

overall horrible service, not clean at all, the young lady at the register was on her phone while i was waiting to order food. not paying attention at all & looking at her nails just standing there, was very rude. i will not be coming back again.

It had been a long time since I was in a restaurant before, yrs ago. The young man who was taking orders was very helpful for me too. He let me take my time, ask him if I had any questions, which I did.You can get your own Large bowl made with any of the toppings, noodles and with any sauce/marinade to your liking!I got egg noodles, steak, spinach, mushrooms in a butter sauce! It was very delicious that I took a 2nd bowl ? home for the next day, besides sharing with my 4 legged girl, Belle, she loved the steak ? and mushrooms!I will have to put zucchini in next time!
Only two people working. The cook in back, no English. The person at register was wrapped up on a personal call, doodling on paper while talking and then had difficulty understanding request about substitution. Noodles were gummy and slimy, garlic cheese bread wasn’t even browned on the bottom and only slightly warm. No board on wall and only one paper menu taped up on wall where menu board used to be. I can understand why we were the ONLY customers.

Kitchen staff yelling at counter staff, lots of chaos. Oddly, the food came out accurately and delicious, but probably won't return due to, as I said, chaos. I felt bad for the young lady working the counter, she was very sweet and trying her best to handle being yelled at by the kitchen staff.

Ordered noodle after long time via online, the noodle picked up was uncooked, no sauce and missing ingredients.Went back to return it and the refund process took more than 15 mins with no proof of refund and No apologies. Never going back.

Shrinkflation has struck N&Co and that's unfortunate. My puffed rice bar was horrible too. Dry and crumbling and half the size they used to be. The food isn't good enough to pay so much for so little. It did taste okay though, it wasn't as good as it has been though so maybe they're starting to cheap out on ingredients a bit too.The doors were a little heavy to navigate with a wheelchair but parking was good.
So the service is improved. Tell the girl that I had a mushroom allergy she did go above and beyond on my appetizer to tell me that when I order did have mushrooms in it, but didn’t take it back and say let me get you something else but she made the extra effort to find out it had mushrooms in it, and I applaud her for that.
