It's fast food.Don't expect authenticity... If you pay attention to detail they always have new people, therefore their turnover is likey high, probably due to poor management and work life culture, and misson and values statements that are very rarely met by anyone including and or especially management and or unsustainable expectations for level entry workers who are always generally exploited in these sort of jobs. There for you see a lot of inconsistent service. It's just another fast food joint. You get what you pay for. If your paying for fast food then that's what you're going to get. FAST food and everyone's miserable. Your better off spending money on an authentic Chinese restaurant. Also apparently they won't hire minors? Huh? I have had a few friends who work here and who say it's absolutely miserable work, avoid at all cost!

Everytime I come here everyone seems annoyed to help and they never pay attention to any notes on online orders and still messed up my side. I hate leaving bad reviews and never do, but this is really frustrating.

Was there an hour AFTER opening. Most of their dishes weren't even ready. NONE of the extra items (egg rolls, etc.) were ready either. The Walnut Shrimp smelled like old fish! Awful! The fried rice was COLD. Don't bother. Waste of time and money.

This place is very slow to serve customers, possibly it is because there are new people and they are not well trained to serve customers. This Sunday we only waited 30 minutes for them to take our order and 10 more minutes to pay, the employees were one slower than another, I personally will not return to this place again, poor service.

Stop in here after a long drive to pick up some Chinese food very excited to see there was a Panda Express get the food portions were very small the noodles tasted like they've been sitting in a long time and many of the options were almost empty 18.00 for 11 pieces and some nasty noodles I would not recommend this

Every single time I go here it turns out to be a mistake. The service is terrible, 90% of the time my order is wrong or missing something. This time I found 3 pieces of hair in my orange chicken. That's enough for me to stop going.
