A location with a more upscale feel than other Subways. The sandwich artist was making dough for the freshly baked bread we enjoy on every sandwich. I had just gotten my hair cut and needed some wholesome comfort food. Subway provided and I enjoyed my moment of blissful rejuvenation. I walked in humbly, but I transformed with my order, "The Boss". A cheesy meatball marinara sub with pepperoni. You will find delicious delights no matter your taste. They mean it when they say "Subway, Eat Fresh"

Would give a 0 if I could. Placed an order at 7 PM for 5 sandwiches. Got a call from the store informing me that orders of 5 sandwiches and larger are considered a catering order and they were canceling my order…. News to me. I’ve ordered 5 sandwiches from this location previously without issue… and what if I just walked in and ordered 5 sandwiches…?… They also said they were getting ready to close even though the website clearly states they are open until 10. Highly disappointed. Reordered at the other location by Safeway without incident and my order was ready to pick up in just 10 minutes.

Might want to plan ahead. Evidently you can order all you want online but not in the store. You have to drive between the 3 subways in a one mile radius to decide what each one is out of ingredient wise. Subway in Wilsonville has become a joke. The other subway by Wendy's had a hand written sign saying "no steak, no lettuce". This one was out of olives. Drive to tualatin. It is the only subway in 10 miles that has good service and I have never seen them out of ingredients

Need more help! One person working at the dinner hour isn't enough! Worker was working on a big online order and couldn't get to the line that was getting longer and longer. She was working so hard and trying her best. My review is for management: Support your staff by getting them more help is my recommendation.

This branch was not up to par with the franchise: they were missing vegetables, they did not have two types of bread that I ordered, the ice machine did not work and they did not tell me when I bought the soda but when I asked them for ice. I hope they really improve.

My wrap was well-made by the artist. However, apparently the store was broken into last night, and the woman working there looks deeply distress and doesn't feel safe as it looks like she's alone. No one seems to be trying to help her at all, and I am worried how safe she will be tonight.

Given that this is a Subway sub shop no expectation that it's going to be a high-end sandwich store. In that regard this location meets all expectations of a Subway chain restaurant. The location is fairly close to interstate 5 with easy access and plenty of parking. It's a fairly new shopping center as well.Vegetarian options: This is not a vegetarian restaurant or anything that purports to be.

Wednesday May 17th , this location had only 1 girl working during peak lunch rush, she did a great job but to leave 1 person to handle walk in orders/doordash orders during peak times is just insane. Ownership should make sure atleast 2-3 people minimum working at these times, they wont be able to retain employees with these types of practices. The girl working their today should be payed 30/hr for how much work she is doing by herself. 5 stars for the employee working alone, 1 star for management
