Been here three times now, always out of lettuce, pickles and cucumbers. It’s only 1pm and they run out, still a full day ahead of them. Second day in a row this has happened.Won’t be back a fourth time.Way to many option to cut my lunch short because staff can’t stock correctly.If they can’t order lettuce, they can’t be trusted to clean the store or themselves.

Another corporate greed move to not have enough staff to operate the shop. The staff are lovely and overworked. My only critique for them is: if some orders a pretzel, please give them the mustard that goes with it. It is literal trash without the mustard.

Store honestly sucks lmao. I wouldn’t even consider eating here, the management is TERRIBLE. No wonder the other location got shut down. Management and owner literally suck at there jobs SO BAD. Like how do yall even have your jobs still? I’ve heard From multiple employees that they worked for free due to them not making enough sales which makes no sense? Why hasn’t anyone reported them for theft wages and poor working conditions? Plz someone do it. To the younger people working there, plz find a different job. You’re wasting your time here w these useless people and they are going to take advantage of you. The owner doesn’t care about any of you and only cares bout there profits. It really wouldn’t surprise me if all the higher ups are all in a little clique n do this frequently. DO NOT EAT HERE OR SUPPORT THE OWNER

Shout out to the girl that recommended the chicken bacon sandwich! It was so good! Also the service was very good! Both of the workers today were super nice to me!
Great Sandwich, veggies were fresh, bread was perfect, staff was wonderful & pleasant. Ordered from the app & went to pick up during the snow storm. I am very pleased & satisfied with my sandwich & will definitely go back again. Thank you to the wonderful young lady who made my sandwich!

Entered the store and no one was there to attend for at least 2-3 minutes.Visited on 18 Nov, 2023 at lunch time (very disappointed with the service)Under staffed.Frustrated single staff without any break.(she complained. She was handling lots of online orders, cleaning etc.. with out breaks)I asked for 2 sandwiches and she said she can only make one(with frustration-later she understood the mistake).I had driven 3 miles to get there, so by requesting she made 2 finally(Thanks to her) Felt sorry for her.Disappointed about the management.

This subway has conventionally nothing wrong with it. The staff member that was here was doing her best and so this is not at all a dog on her. This location had 1 very young staff member working when we came in. There was a long line and it look foreveeeeer. Like it is not okay to only have 1 person on staff. Hire people if you have to like it took extremely long for no reason except management doesn’t know how to staff. I get it’s hard but dang I want my 30 minutes back ?

First off . Management is failing at having the closers do their jobs. The person who opens is left stranded and have nothing ready. Place is dirty and gross. The soda has not been cleaned or switched out. First customer of morning and trash cans were over filled, counters never wiped down, floors were not swept, no bread was done the morning or or night before, poor guy by himself had no time to do anything but make sandwiches. He has no time to he stock chips, which were empty, no time to restock cups, and lids which were empty, he had no time for todo anything. Nothing was fresh. You can tell cookies have been there for days. Flies on the food. And the veggies lettuce was brown, and there was frost bite on the black olives. Bathrooms at 10 in morning were filthy. Nothing stocked, floors never mopped or swept. Place is not being run by managers at all. Shame. Customer service was okay. The guy by himself for his whole shift tries his best and really works the best he can. Company and management is letting him down and so as customers.

Standing in line for 30 min as they make 2 sandwiches. There are 5 people in line and two people behind the counter. I get not rushing and overworking yourself for low wage but have some kind of understanding that your job is to do thinks at a reasonable speed.
