Ana was very helpful this morning. I stopped by because I wanted to treat my employees with breakfast burritos . She suggested I get some of every burrito you guys have on the menu. $80 well spent! Will be stopping by again!!
Most of these places are probably fine, but I went to the drive-thru and was the only car for about 8 minutes. I ordered a diet coke and small chicken nuggets. No other customers yet I must have sat there waiting for almost 16 minutes! No apologies for the unnecessary wait either. Glad I didn't order a burger n fries I'd have to turn off the engine!

Deceptive business practice. I drove through and ordered a combo. They asked if I wanted "medium or large". Assuming those were the only options I said "medium". When paying I was charged more than the advertised price. I asked why and they said "because you ordered a medium". When I asked why I was not offered the regular, I was told this is how management instructed the employees to respond to the requested order.
