Poor service. Saw an employee eating food off a customer's order. Didn't get have of what we did order and wouldn't give a receipt. Also did see employee's not wearing gloves when handling food. Just all in all terrible place.

Awful place. Terrible service. Cashier was wandering around behind the counter ignoring everyone. Another worker had to tell him to go help me. Got my order wrong. I said I wanted two sourdough jacks, one large fry and two waters. After a long wait I was given my burgers and two large fries. I had to ask for my cups. That's when I noticed my receipt showed ud been charged for two large sourdough jack meals! Food tasted terrible. Way too much condiments. Burger dry. Fries cold. Entire floor was very sticky. All the tables were sticky too. Will not be returning.

The employees working on 5pm shift need to find another job. While standing there talking to each other me and my family of 5 tried to be patient to take our order but when it was clear standing around was more important we left. Bathrooms disgusting I refused to allow my son to use it. Probably bout time to revise something’s who ever owns this terrible excuse for a jack in the box.

Came by to pick up food, got home, had the completely wrong order. I didn't ask to customize or change anything, I ordered the classic buttery jack and what they gave me just had cheese and bacon. I came back and it was 10 minutes before they closed and they just ignored me. I'm hoping to come back tomorrow for a refund because I did not pay for 2 Plain burgers.

Each time I have to go see one of our commercial clients out in the gorge I stop here for my favorite Ultimate breakfast sandwich. This is the only Jack ever to serve the sourdough breaded sandwich dry grilled.. I can eat and drive without coating the wheel without gobbs of butter n oil on my hands!!

Horrible service with an attitude and didnt even want to take our order had to wait 5 min before she even said a word to us and didnt give us what we ordered and the food was greasy and old. Never coming here again.
