This location is the closest to where I live, without fail everytime I place an order, it is behind schedule. Today is the last time I order from this location. I placed an order for ASAP pick up at 603, with eta 634. It's now 726 and my order (2 pizzas) still isn't ready. I stood at the register for 10 minutes before someone aknowledged me to ask about my order. There are at least 3 employees here right now. I will gladly drive further away to get my food at a decent time.

Not one time have they gotten my pizza done on time. At minimum I have to wait fifteen minutes past the time I am told it will be ready. As I type this I am at 20 minutes of waiting for my pizza that was supposed to be done when I arrived. Not coming back anymore.

I love a good Papa Murphy's pizza but I can't stand this location. We live close by so we frequent here for family dinner. Recently the service has been terrible. They are always understaffed, always behind on orders... you get a time, and then another time, and then another time to WAIT. I get it, we're all struggling with stadfing. But there's never any apology or effort to make it right. The terrible service is just expected. I made myself a promise that I'll drive further to a different location just to avoid the bad experience and terrible service.

The fact that you get the pizza and a side but you have to take it home and bake them yourself and for more money than if going to Domino's or Pizza Hut where the pizza and sides are hot and fresh and ready to eat plus the crust and toppings taste a lot better quality than Papa Murphy's. The garlic monkey bread wasn't the greatest either. Maybe next time will be better. I'm sorry I couldn't give a better review. Thank you for trying though, Papa Murphy's, I'm sure you still satisfy your other customers.

Rachel went above and beyond to satisfy our family tonight when it came to them being out of an item , great customer service extremely helpful and kind. I watched her keep a positive attitude with frustrated customers and offered what she could during the time. Several people came in wanting the specific item and she kept a smile and stayed polite through all the frustration.That’s a great employee!!Thankful for her help tonight!

Very quick and the ladies were so polite. I've never had an issue here whether it's ordered online, phone or there in store. The pizza is made correctly and not thrown sloppily together (like a Carl's Jr Burger). This is a great location.Vegetarian options: Dairy free cheese and keto friendly and gluten free pizza crust. Even crustless is available.Dietary restrictions: We are lactose free and I'm an the solo vegan in the family so crustless pizzas are also an option.Parking: Small lot shared with other stores but usually high turn over so parking is generally available.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the mini Murphs (also vegetarian options for kids!)Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair accessible

Every time I order online to be picked up, my order is at least 30 minutes later then the estimated pick up time.Each time I ask about it, they tell me a staff member called out, they are short handed. Really???Order at least an hour to an hour and a half before you want to pick up.This happens way too often.

Three times in a row, where either the order took way longer than it needed to be, or just bad service from kids. Idk what else to say. I understand young folks need jobs, and I worked at a pizza spot when I was young, but management and leadership need to do better training and giving folks the tools and support they need.

Finally staff is good so we are updating review which was 1 star. They don't look friendly but they aren't rude. They pay attention to your orders, once they wad something missing lady was apologizing and fixed it right away. I'm so glad I can go the close one by home now. I'm so happy about this and we get to have it more!
