They get my order correct every time. I order Carmel crunchies in the cup and every time I go somewhere else they never get it right. This location does my order right every time! Great customer service as well. Love this

They were so kind. I called in a last minute order for a meeting the next day and they had it all ready on time, and were just so accommodating! I will be going back, for sure!

Sara provided an amazing experience during my visit. Her welcoming atmosphere and positive attitude stood out, making me feel comfortable in selecting my drink. She asked all the right questions, addressing both health-related concerns and taste preferences. Despite my usual preference against Starbucks, Sara's exceptional service has convinced me to return. I strongly recommend Sara for a promotion to the role of Regional Training Manager. It was a perfect 10/10 experience, thanks to her outstanding customer service.

Eh. It's Starbucks. It's there when you need it but over-priced for what you get. But you pay for convenience.

One major drawback to this. Starbucks is getting into the restaurant or through the drive-through! It really has no access off 138th. You have to go through the Walmart parking lot. If you miss the entrance coming up Sandy, you end up, well, I'm not sure where you end up if you don't do an illegal turn into the wrong way entrance.

Bathroom interior is decorated in such a way as resembles dried vomit covering all of the walls. It's only the pattern in the tile used, but quite disturbing, nonetheless.

Came in for a simple drink, they forgot something on it and instead of kindly telling me they’d fix lady at the window decided to give me attitude tell me that it went down to the bottom when clearly it wasn’t even added. Ontop of that roughly closed her window after giving me my drink back. Some people really just lack simple customer service. I’m a loyal customer and this location will never be it again.

Lovely baristas at this east county location. I feel like they took over another closed fast food chain because this space feels weird as a Starbucks.Drive through available but dead on a Sunday in early 9 am hour timeframe. I was the only customer inside but they complimented my shirt, offered a mug when I asked "for here" and a plate for the average breakfast sandwich.Starbucks quality and selections have really fallen for me.Dining area was clean, cushioned back seating, pleasant music and soft lighting. Marble tables with purse hooks, two really nice round tables that can accommodate wheelchair seating. Decent landscape painting to gaze into.Vegetarian options: They try to offer a few. All espresso beverages can be made with cow milk alternatives at an upcharge. Some vegetarian food options, including asking for removal of meat from breakfast sandwiches if you're willing to accept that.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly here! Hard seating, no toys or play space nearby. No real patio at this location.Parking: Adjacent to large Walmart supercenter as well as a strip mall. Many mobile pickup spaces at entry.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible and spacious. No perceived navigation issues.Dietary restrictions: Most food is prepared off-site, so this is limited. However, usually baristas will remove items from sandwiches before heating on request.Drinks can generally be customized to help with milk allergies or reducing sugar but may affect flavor profiles. Vanilla sugar free syrup available.
