I'm so glad I finally got to try this restaurant! My friends and I were trying to find a good Mexican food spot in the area, but there were so many that it was hard to choose. Plus, being hella Mexicana myself, I feel like I can be a little picky. First, the customer service was awesome! We were immediately greeted and asked if it was dine in or to go. We chose our table, and she brought chips with salsa. She gave us ample time to look over the menu since it was our first time there. She also checked on us multiple times while we were there. Now the food was honestly so so good. The portions were HUGE. My friend got a burrito mojado de lengua which she thoroughly enjoyed. She was only able to eat half because it was so big. I got flautas de pollo. The flautas were FULL of chicken from end to end. The plate came with FOUR flautas, rice, beans, and side salad. I also got a horchata, which was good and not grainy at all. I will definitely be coming back here!

The servings are huge! Definitely all the bang for your buck, because the food is also delicious. I got the burrito mojado with lengua and my friend got the flauta plate, which she highly enjoyed as well. The service was great, our server was attentive and checked on us often. I also ordered tacos de asada to go, which my little sister gave 7/10 (she's a very harsh critic). Over all the place was nice, food was tasty and the service was good. Definitely coming back here.

Best authentic Mexican food - with that Homemade Quality! Just like you remember your parents made growing up -- no matter what your nationality. Especially the re--fried beans - Wow! Best in the world! And the Menudo! Fantastic! Tacos Autlense !

So my girlfriend and I stopped by to get a couple tacos one night while we were waiting for some bahn mi from the sandwich shop next door. Man I am so happy we did. We decided to return after loving the Al pastor in the tacos. This time I got a wet super burrito with the Al pastor and geezzz. I think this place might be my favorite Mexican food spot in town now. The al pastor was juicy and thick and the portions were huge. The flavors were A+. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Pretty big menu too. 5 stars because when I asked for the food to go the gave me a paper box. Shows a lot about the establishment for not giving plastic!

The owner is very rude and disrespectful. He think he owns the parking lot and talks bad about the customers in Spanish when he thinks no one is within earshot or understands what he is saying. I left without ordering and will never be back. I'm only leaving 1 star because I have too but I wouldn't leave anything if it were up to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered online on their own website and when it was ready for me to pick up they said I never placed an order. And when I showed the email the website sent me showing pretty much a receipt of my order and that I paid , they refused to give me my money back. Claiming the manager won't allow it and he's not there, but when asked for a number they refused that. Then proceeded to ask to see my bank statement to make sure I wasn't lying and when I showed it to them they still said that and the email confirmation and receipt didn't matter. Unbelievable, first time trying to go there and definitely the last time. Just taking peoples money with no shame. Scandalous.

This place is truly a great place to have tacos. I've been going here for almost 20 years and the food is always super good. The ladies are super friendly and always have a nice smile on their faces.

I usually for the banh mi sandwiches next door. This is only for the flan, without extra caramel sauce. Most Mexican places have flan that is too dense, hard, and is too sweet. I prefer the smoother and creamier flan style, a tad more like the Asian style flan. It was really good and not overly sweet. It could be slightly leas dense still, but overall, really good flan and worth going back again for it.

Food is authentic, service is wonderful, I grabbed the their Camarones a la Diabla' from their seafood section along with two tacos with a well portioned amount of protein. My lady ordered their Carne Asada plate' with a side of garlic shrimp could be better but was not bad (at request). Chips and salsa came before as should, while we browsed the menu. Drinks were cold. Busy plaza in front of Little Saigon, parking may take a while! Ambiance is great. (Cashless or cash atm inside at conveniency)

Great Food, but the older lady that takes orders has horrible customer service manners.

I tried Tacos Autlense for the first time yesterday and I have to say it's really good authentic Mexican food. I had the chicken enchiladas rice and beans. The chips and salsa are really good. I really highly recommend this place good Mexican food not too many traditional Mexican restaurants around in San Jose anymore at least not good ones.

Decided to stop by and check this place out last time I came here it's been years plus we were close by and wanted a bite to eat. As we sat down to get situated waiter came over and ask for our drinks. As we were looking at the menu and decided the waiter came by and ask what we wanted to eat then the waiter had a very bad attitude the way she addressed me was pretty rude just simply because I order my son a shrimp burrito and didn't know there was different shrimp flavors she began bieng rude and just her demeanor was uncalled for. When our food was ready we got another waiter which I believe was the owner and she was very friendly and really nice. I always look for the good food pricing and how we get treated and definitely will not be coming back

Still rockin' with this place and it's still just as good. I'll just add that I've now added the Caldo De Res and the chicken fajitas in heavy rotation as they too are excellent.

I was actually getting a Vietnamese sandwich next door and wanted to try out this taco place. $3 each for a carnitas taco. Super salty and very little portion. Definitely not worth $3.
