First of all, this is in a very convenient location at Woodburn Premium Outlet stores.Second, the young man working the counter was very courteous and efficient.Third, and most important, we got the classic milk tea with honey boba and it was a little slice of heaven. Boba were soft bit chewy and the tea was just perfect balance of tea, sugar and milk. It rates 11 out of 5 stars. ***********
