I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years and I hate to leave bad reviews but this place is SO unprofessional.Messed up my $100 order and gave a $50 credit for my next order.Ordered my next meal and was told it couldn’t be applied even though it was in my notes that due to everything going wrong, I would be compensated. Instead of making it right and fulfilling this , i was hung up on and my order was canceled and refunded and every time I tried to call back, I was hung up on.This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. I’ve continued to give chances because I get that things get busy and things happen. But the way that I was treated the last two times, I won’t be going to this location anymore.

Food was as expected from a domino's. Fast food level quality. Was rather annoying to find out the franchise owner decided against taking cash for a phone order to pick up. The employee was annoyed when I asked why they wouldn't take cash for my order. Also, I was surprised that this store wouldn't do a side order (in which I planned to pay for) of a topping other than jalapeños. Could get side of jalapeños but not pineapple. If the customer service had been better or the employees were even in a better mood, I would probably not have left this review.

The domino's Pizza employees here in Woodburn go hard, there are times that they might not have enough people there, or their driver might not have come in, but they get the Job done. If I pick up the pizza it is always on time, and for the times it is not delivered on time, they call and let me know. Yes there are hiccups but they always do right by me. My big complaint though not a reason to lessen there 5 STARS is the fact that it is a sauna in there. I don't know if it's a fixable thing but I wish they could get some cold air for there sake not mine.. ???

To the delivery driver in the blue truck, thank you for turning in front of me and car next to me as you had to hurry into parking lot.. glad I was paying attention and able to slam on my brakes to avoid smashing into you. Also sorry to the pedestrian walking to her car who you almost hit as well... wow...

OK, The food was great. The reason I am leaving only a single star is because I walked into this place to pick up a carryout order and it was, no joke, 105 degrees inside of the building. I feel SO BAD for the workers! Management should have closed the store until the AC was fixed. I will not patronize an establishment that willingly let's their employees endure such conditions.
