I really love Dutch Bros. The service is always friendly and the coffee is delicious. That being said, it's really goofy to make your employees stand out in the pouring rain to take orders. Especially when said rain is pouring into a vehicle's open window. Love the place, hate that I'm now half soaked walking into work.

There was a long line in the drive-thru so we decided to use the walk-up window. We were in & out in less than 5 minutes. We also got a free upgrade on my husband's drink.
