This restaurant was once a favorite of mine, when I was younger and lived in Southern California. I was excited to see that we had a location in Oregon. My daughter and I made the 30min drive and we were extremely disappointed. Not only was their online information incorrectly listed, it said indoor seating was available but it was not. The food was not hot, it was also very bland and did not have any flavor to it. It honestly didn't even taste like they used actual meat in their sauce. The "lasagna" had no cheese on top and the noodles weren't even all the way cooked, they were hard and crunchy. The bread sticks were soggy and extremely salty. It all reminded me of the frozen TV dinners they sell at the grocery store. I spent $35 on this food and can say that I am very disappointed. We threw it all away. The only thing we ate/drank were the brownie & Italian ice drinks. We will definitely NEVER be coming back here again. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Food was great..a little on the salty side, but good flavor. Breadsticks are amazing.

For fast food, it probably deserves 4 stars, but I don't want to mislead anyone. It is decent fast Italian food. Our order was a little messed up: The smashed meatball slider had no pesto on it, and both of our Sprites lacked syrup, so we were given nasty water basically. That said, the breadsticks outshine Olive Garden's. I tried the sampler with fettucini, lasagna, and spaghetti with a meatball. All were decent. Nothing I'd ever crave. The end.

we have been to this fazzoli's several times and the food had always been good. this time, however, it was not. the sandwich i got had 1/3 less meatballs on it and almost no marinara and cheese. my wifes dinner was just plain bad. the bread sticks were hard, not their usual softness. very disappointed.

Welcome change for "fast food" options as we are tired of burgers and Mexican food when on the go. The meatballs in the loaded spaghetti were quite good and the baked ziti was also enjoyable. Food here is MUCH better than Olive Garden (Olive Garden is nasty). Both of us were full after eating half our meal so an excellent value with the leftovers! Staff was knowledgeable when I asked what meats were in the dishes.

Not to many of these out on the west coast. It's a nice change to the typical fast food chains. Priced low, food is good.

Pretty good food but it could be better. Some foods had to much salt and some had none.

The only good thing about this place in my opinion is the breadsticks. The salad we got was brown and not very edible and we had to keep getting back up to get everything we needed. The food is okay depending on what you get. The worst part is the customer service and the overall appearance and cleanliness of the establishment! The workers we encountered need better customer service skills as they appear they don’t want to be there and even do the minimum necessary (snarky comments when simply asking for what you ordered). The men’s restroom was extremely dirty/had no soap and the floors were sticky and needed to be mopped. The tables in the restaurant were also really dirty as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was barely anybody there when we came or left. This place could possibly do okay with a lot of fine-tuning. I.e better management and training!

Today was our first Fazolis experience. Wow!! Those breadsticks...holy moly. They are light and fluffy and garlicky and delicious. We ordered a baked lasagna ? for the hubs. He is picky and he enjoyed it. I had chicken wings and they were crispy and not fatty. The sauce was true Buffalo sauce. Yum yum yum yum yum!!

My wife and I love Fazoli’s!!! We used to have them in the Phoenix area but haven’t in many years. Anytime we are in a state that has one, we make sure to go out of our way to get it! The breadsticks are great, the food is also very good and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t tried it before.

We stopped here to eat lunch in between a road trip. Their food wasn't the best. They tried to take Italian food and make it fast food. Not a good combination. Would not recommend.

The food is good for the great prices but disappointed by my order on 6/10/21. We ordered the family special which comes with 8 breadsticks (Yay what a deal) but did not get them! It’s a bummer because the bread sticks are our favorite part of the meal and 8 missing items really makes a BIG impact. I called the store and kindly asked for a partial refund. The lady apologized and took my name, email, and phone number. She said she would speak with a manager and they would take care of it. NEVER heard back from anyone. Don’t think we can come back now.

My monthly Aunt Flo is in town visiting..she's a terrible guest & is constantly complaining & demanding food all hours of the day. Today she demanded fettuccine Alfredo, & there was absolutely no talking her out of it. So I drove to this drive thru Italian place & said why not try it. Reviews weren't that great, but I figured HOW could you not make basic Alfredo? Well..to put this nicely, this place doesn't make good Alfredo. They've messed it up. It tastes like a can of $1 preggo sauce, or awful hospital cafeteria food..just bad. At home it's just cream, parmesan, nutmeg, salt & pepper..a little pasta water. It's not complex. I won't be back. I see this parking lot vacant already, but expect to see lease signs up any day with the way this food tastes. $15 for my order and I haven't been grossed out by food like this in a long time. Save your money & your stomach.

What a absolute delight. I had forgotten about this place. I use to visit Fazoli's in Flagstaff, Arizona in 2001, 2002 time frame. They shut down and I had totally forgotten about them until last week, for some reason, my wife mentioned something about Italian fast food. It triggered a memory of this place and I did a quick Google search and saw one here in Oregon. We came up from Eugene and I am not disappointed. The food was delicious as I remembered. My wife and mother-in-law both definitely loved the food. My only complaint, if I where to complain, was the time to get my order. But, wasn't horrible. This place is extremely delicious and definitely, positively will be coming back again!
