Was really thirsty and tired from shopping, so decided to get some smoothies here and added energy. Staff was friendly and smoothies were refreshing and tasty, as usual.

Walked into the Jamba at Woodburn at 6:50pm and they said they were closed. When I asked if the 7pm sign on their door and online is incorrect, the employee stated, "Due to being short staffed, we closed early. It was too much." ?????

"Closed early" as in they don't want to serve customers until their posted closing time. It's 6:52 pm and they close ar 7 pm and I'm in my car writing this after being turned away.

Lupe made me my first kiddie sized smoothie today - I didn't want regular adult sizes because I usually can't finish them. When I hesistantly asked about it she was so courteous and kindly sweet that I asked for her first name in order to write this review! I saw that she was working alone by herself and had a customer before me. I appreciated that she still managed to greet and acknowledge me, telling me that she'd soon be with me. Lupe was attentive and courteous during the entire check out process. Normal social courtesy and decent customer service, sadly aren't always available, it's always a positive feeling to see someone with solid customer service, plus pleasant vibes! Thanks Lupe!
