The presentation of the thousand-leaf cake and the freshness are good, what I don't agree with is that they charge for omitting a fruit, in this case I asked that they please not add kiwi, the person the cake was made for is allergic to kiwi, but they have more fruits; I didn't ask for more, I just asked for no kiwi, however, the person who answered the phone told me that I had to pay 5 dollars more, which I thought was a joke, but when I picked it up they told me I have to pay 5 dollars more. It's ridiculous, however I paid them, maybe losing a client won't affect them at all.

The service is awful, went multiple times because we love the bread. Every time they are just rude and very unhelpful. We will stick to Oaxaca bakery in Canby they are so much kinder.

horrible service. ordered a cake specifically to have Cruz Azul written on top and clearly asked for that they told me they would be able to write it on top but wouldn't have enough space to write happy birthday I said that it was fine. I received the cake with a soccer field on top and no Cruz Azul anywhere. The cake was supposed to be tres leches and the cake itself is so dry and not at all what I ordered. Tried calling to see if they could make me another one and they said there's nothing they can do and they didn't care.Horrible service. Pan dulce & quesadillas salvadoreñas? Yes, please! Great café, awesome people and wonderful sweets. Even picked up some donuts and extra sweets for the holiday tomorrow. Definitely coming back. I’m so happy I stopped by and found this wonderful place. Best bakery in the area. And it was nice to be in a business you can hear and speak Spanish freely. Made me feel closer to home … getting a little homesick up here in rainy Oregon, so this was such a lovely surprise ☕️ ???

I've been coming to Miranda's since I can remember; first at their previous location and now at their new one. They've been delicious and consistent with their bread since day one. I've always received good customer service. One morning I came in with my kid as they were putting fresh donuts out. My daughter saw the chocolate one and without asking Kevin asked if she wanted sprinkles on hers. She said yeah so he took one back and brought it back with sprinkles for her. It made her day! Solid family business and I will continue to support.
